中文摘要:摘 要本文对逆向物流的技术和运作进行了深入的研究。大家都知道,逆向物流是产生于产品的退货,召回,回收和废物处理。它与我们的国民经济,生产、生活和社会环境密切相关。逆向物流的发展将有利于对国民经济的发展和社会环境的改善起到重要的意义。虽然在外国发达国家已经有成熟的技术系统和运营管理来做逆向物流,但在中国逆向物流还处于起步阶段。因此,对逆向物流技术支撑和运营管理的研究是一个非常重要的话题。本论文首先是对逆向物流的概念、特点、全球发展状况进行了综述,对逆向物流的基本理论进行了探讨。其次,为了更好地描述本论文提出的逆向物流解决方案, 本论文从八个主要方面讨论了逆向物流与正向物流的区别,以及研究逆向物流的运营模式,并且讨论逆向物流遇到常见的问题:分散性、缓慢性、混杂性、可变性。第三,提出了一个逆向物流技术支撑与运营管理的解决方案。此解决方案结合了互联网平台技术和物流信息技术。它采用了移动互联网技术连接互联网平台和手工物流操作以及信息技术,如货物的条码和二维条码识别。该解决方案还采用了数据分析和数据可视化技术,以改善逆向物流运作和客户产品质量。最后,是应用一个案例汽车零部件逆向物流进行了研究。此论文描述了一个解决特定逆向物流的移动互联网平台。讨论了平台软件架构及其服务组件、接口,以及平台安全策略和异常处理。结果表明,互联网+逆向物流技术支撑-移动运营管理平台可以更好地解决逆向物流的痛点并获得更好的利用。 关键词:逆向物流;互联网+;技术支撑;移动运营管理平台;运营管理;汽车零部件 
英文摘要:Abstract In this paper, the reverse logistics are deeply studied in both its technology and operation. As we well-known, the reverse logistics is generated from products’ returns, recalls, recycling, and waste disposal. It is closely related with our national economy ,production, life, and social environment. The research on reverse logistics has important significance for both national economy development and social environment improvement. Although abroad developed countries already have mature system and operation management for doing reverse logistics, the reverse logistics in China is positioned at a starting stage.Therefore, the research on technology support and operation management of reverse logistics is an very important topic. Firstly, this paper surveys reverse logistics concept, characteristics, global development state, and discusses its fundamental theory. Secondly, to describe and better understand the solution for solving reverse logistics presented in this paper, this paper discusses the differences between reverse logistics and direct logistics from eight main aspects, studies the operation models of reverse logistics, and common problems of reverse logistics: dispersivity, slowness, hybridity, changeability. Thirdly, this paper gives a reverse logistics technology support and operation management solution. The solution combines internet platform technology and logistics technology. It adopts mobile internet technology to connect internet-based platform and manual logistics operation as well as information technology, such as goods two-dimension barcode identification. The solution also adopts data analysis as well as data visualization technology for improving both reverse logistics operation and customers’ product quality. Finally, a case study of automotive parts reverse logistics is given. The study describes a mobile internet platform for solving the particular reverse logistics. It discusses platform software architecture as well as its service components, interfaces, and its security strategy as well as exception handling. The study shows that internet+reverse logistics technology support – mobile operating platform can better resolve reverse logistics pain points and gain better performance.
