中文摘要：	钢铁产业作为国家“供给侧”改革的重点，“调结构，控杠杆”等一系列的调控政策使产业环境尤其是产业的金融环境变得更加恶劣，而对于产业内数目庞大且资源调配能力不足的中小型钢铁工贸企业来讲，以日渐缩水的自有资源为核心的盈利模式变得难以为继，同时资源结构不匹配问题日渐突出。随着互联网技术的迅猛发展，我国逐步提升制造业的数字化、网络化、智能化水平，加强产业链协作。其中“互联网+钢铁”的一些应用在流通领域逐渐出现，从资源获取能力和价值输出能力上缩小了大型企业与中小型企业之间的差距，这给中小型工贸企业带来转型的契机。如何充分利用这个契机，解决中小型企业发展过程中同时存在的资源短缺和资源过剩两个问题是本文研究的内容。 本文从企业边界相关理论出发，结合无边界理论的方向，阐述和分析了互联网技术下企业无边界化的趋势和实现路径。以中小型工贸企业R公司为例，通过运用战略管理相关工具，分析R公司所处的宏观和微观环境，最后结合无边界企业的相关理论，提出对互联网下中小工贸企业模式选择的两个发展方向：即在资源短缺时实现业务上的虚拟化经营以寻求更多的资源，以及在资源过剩时实现资产上平台化以获得更高经营效率。本文从R公司对客户实际需求的拆解和对接平台资源出发，将可获取的平台资源作为可运营的资源实现虚拟化经营，提出节点企业的核心能力模型；同时，通过分析R公司资产平台化的应用，阐述其如何作为平台模块融入价值网络当中，如何作为资源的节点成为无边界企业。通过给各方带来的价值分析可行性，并总结出资产平台化的一般性逻辑。 随着互联网技术对各个产业尤其是工业制造业的渗透，资源的使用和组织方式产生一系列的变化，企业无边界化趋势明显，而中小型企业如何适应这种趋势，提高资源配置效率是值得研究的问题。本文以中小型工贸企业R公司为例，提出利用互联网的关于对抗资源短缺和资源过剩时的两种解决方案，可以为广大中小型平台参与者提供参考，具有一定借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	As the focus of the reform of the supply-side, the iron and steel industry with the "adjustment structure, control leverage" and a series of regulatory policies to make the industrial environment, especially the financial environment of the industry has become worse. As for the small and medium-sized iron and steel industry and trade enterprises with large number of resources and insufficient allocation of resources, the profit model with the shrinking of its own resources as the core becomes unsustainable, while the mismatch of resource structure is becoming increasingly prominent. With the rapid development of Internet technology, China has gradually increased the manufacturing industry's digital, networked and intelligent level, and strengthened the industrial chain collaboration. Some applications of "Internet + steel" in the field of circulation gradually appear, from the resource acquisition and value output ability on narrowing the gap between large enterprises and small and medium enterprises, it brings to the small and medium-sized industrial and trading enterprise transformation. How to make full use of this opportunity to solve the resource shortage and resource surplus in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the research content of this paper. Based on the theory of enterprise boundary, this paper elaborates and analyzes the trend and realization path of enterprises without boundary in Internet technology. Through the use of strategic management tools, analysis of macro and micro environment of R company at last, combined with the theory of business without borders, to put forward two development direction choice of SMEs under the mode of Internet: virtual business to seek more resources in the shortage of resources, as well as the realization of assets the platform in excess resources for higher efficiency management. This article from the R company of the customer's requirement of dismantling and docking platform of resources, as operational resources will be available platform resources to achieve virtual management, put forward the core competence model of node enterprises; at the same time, through the application of assets platform of R company, describes how it can be used as a platform module into the value network, how to as a resource node a business without borders. Through the analysis of the value of the feasibility of the parties, and summed up the general logic of asset platform. As Internet technology for various industries, especially manufacturing industry penetration, produce a series of changes in the use of resources and the way of organization, enterprise borderless trend obviously, and small and medium enterprises how to adapt to this trend, improve the efficiency of the allocation of resources is a problem worthy of study. Based on small and medium-sized industrial and trading enterprise R company as an example, put forward using the Internet about the shortage of resources and resources surplus in the two solutions, can provide reference for the small and medium-sized platform participants, have certain reference significance.
