中文摘要:近年来我国网络购物市场飞速发展,尤其消费者对消费者( Consumer to Consumer,简称C2C )交易的发展不但影响了我们传统消费习惯,而且为社会提供了大量的就业机会。在其蓬勃发展的同时,也遇到了诸多问题。虽然有些问题已经得到解决,但是我们需要对C2C的发展历程一探究竟,C2C如何发展到今天,又将走到何方?只有从纵向上了解C2C的发展过程,才能更好的去引导C2C的发展,战略性的解决C2C发展中遇到的各种问题。 为了纵向研究C2C交易的发展,本文将网络建模和网络演化方法引入到C2C研究领域。本文首先回顾了当前C2C交易相关理论和研究现状,接下来针对当前研究不足,引入网络建模方法和网络演化方法,回顾了此研究方法的基础理论及当前研究应用现状,最后对组织成长理论进行综述,作为揭示和分析卖家成长规律的框架。 在理论回顾和文献综述的基础上,笔者借鉴无标度网络模型(BA模型)建立了C2C交易的网络演化基本模型,在此基础上考虑到国内C2C成长实际影响因素,对基本模型进行了改进,引入了局部选择机制和卖家退出机制,构建了完整的C2C交易网络演化模型。之后根据模型设计了仿真流程,利用Matlab软件编写了仿真程序进行C2C卖家群体演化的仿真模拟,通过参数研究,分析了网络初始卖家数量、卖家初始吸引力、局部选择范围、卖家进入速度和淘汰率分别对C2C卖家群体演化过程和演化结果所产生的影响。最后,利用仿真程序模拟了C2C卖家群体成长的整个生命周期,分析了整个生命周期中各阶段的成长特征和影响因素。对处于不同成长阶段的卖家群体进行了识别,结合当前C2C领域卖家群体成长的实际情况,就C2C交易平台提出了发展建议。同时也对C2C卖家个体的成长,依据生命周期模型,分阶段进行了分析。 本文的创新之处在于:率先采用网络建模方法对C2C领域进行了研究,并在网络演化模型的基础上,从动态演化的角度深入分析了C2C卖家群体的成长历程,为今后此领域的研究提出了新的思路,积累了大量的实证数据。 
英文摘要:In recent years, online shopping market is developing rapidly in China, especially in consumer-to-consumer (C2C) transactions, which not only affects our traditional consumption habits, but also provides the community with a large number of employment opportunities. In its flourish, it has also encountered many problems. Although some issues have already been resolved, it’s still necessary for us to find out the way that C2C has developed, and where it will go. Through the vertical development of C2C, we could better the development of C2C, and solve all problems that may arise. This thesis used network Modeling and network evolution Modeling Methods to study the development of C2C. First, we reviewed the related theories and recent research of C2C. Then, we introduced the basis theories and application of network modeling and network evolution modeling. At last, the theory of Growth of Organization is reviewed, and applied as the framework of analyzing the simulation results and empirical results. After the literature review,we set up the network model of C2C transactions. Then, based on scale-free network model (BA model), we developed a basic network evolution model of C2C. We also built up Partial Selection Mechanisms and Entry and Exit Mechanisms to improve the basic model. After that, we designed the simulation processes and developed a simulation function to simulation the development of seller groups. By means of parametric studies, we analyzed the different effects of initial number of sellers, the scope of local choice, the amount of entry sellers and rate of exit. Finally, we used simulation program to simulate the life cycle of C2C sellers groups, analyzed the characteristics and impact factors of each stages in the life cycle. Then we found out the differences of sellers groups in different stages of life cycle and gave some development advices to C2C trading platform. At the same time, we also analyzed the problems of individual seller based on the life cycle model and provided some suggestions. Innovation of this thesis included: We applied the approach of network modeling in the study of the field of C2C. Based on the network evolution model, we did a deep analysis of the growth process of C2C sellers groups from the perspective of dynamic evolution. It also provided a new way and a large amount of empirical data to the future research of this field.
