中文摘要:对于建筑工程来说,其自身不仅与我国各个行业都密切相连,而且对于我国经济的发展也有着重要的作用,建筑行业的蓬勃发展能够进一步改善我国民生的问题,并且对我国建设和谐社会也有着一定的作用。目前,我国建筑行业发展有了进一步的提升,而且其内部的行业竞争以及市场的竞争也达到了一个新的高度,大多数的建筑施工单位对于自身的成本要进行合理的控制,进一步保证自身的企业能够利用相对较低的成本进行经济效益的提升,保证自身的经济效益和建筑工程的质量。建筑工程施工项目是一项复杂而又系统的工作,施工工序十分繁琐,涉及的专业较多,同时在施工过程当中会受到各种因素的影响,若是没有对这些因素进行有效的控制,将会对建筑工程项目成本带来极大的风险,同时管理人员对成本风险控制没有给予高度的重视,使得工程项目成本控制难以满足具体要求。因此需要对建筑工程项目成本风险管理与控制进行深入的分析和研究,以期能够提高我国施工项目成本风险管理水平。文章首先提出了本文的研究背景和意义,对国内外关于成本和风险管理的研究现状进行了总结;文章第二部分就建筑工程施工项目成本和风险的基本理论概念进行了总结;文章第三部分首先分析了我国建筑工程施工项目成本风险管理的现状和问题,针对成本风险管理意识、合同风险、管理手段、信息系统建设几方面存在主要问题的原因进行了总结分析;文章第四部分对建筑工程施工项目成本风险的识别和评价进行了概述进而在第五部分提出了加强建筑工程施工项目成本风向应对以及管理的建议;文章第六部分结合YS房地产项目,对成本风险识别中政策、利率、经济、管理、技术方面存在的风险进行了总结分析,并且就风险因素进行评价,从而得出有效的控制措施。希望本文的提出具有一定的参考价值。 
英文摘要:The construction project is a dynamic characteristics and is affected by many factors influence and decide the process, there is a lot of uncertainty, the uncertainty to the cost of construction project brought a lot of risk, if the managers lack of uncertainty factors of insufficient understanding of the construction project is not up to the expected cost. At present, compared with developed countries, China's construction project cost risk management awareness, management level there is a big gap, this paper in our country construction management present situation, the systematic summary of scholars at home and abroad, from the two aspects of theory and practice, to project construction cost risk management were studied. The paper firstly presents the research background and significance, research status quo on cost and risk management at home and abroad are summarized; the second part of the basic theory of the concept of construction project cost and risk are summarized; the third part analyzes the present situation and problems in China's construction cost of the construction project risk management for the reason, the main problems of the consciousness of risk management, contract risk, management and construction of information system are analyzed; the fourth part of the identification and evaluation of construction project cost risk are summarized in the fifth part puts forward to strengthen the construction project cost management and deal with the direction suggestion the sixth part of this article; the YS real estate project, the cost of risk recognition, interest rate policy, the The risks of economic, management and technical aspects are summarized and analyzed, and the risk factors are evaluated to obtain effective control measures. Finally, the YS real estate project cost risk monitoring is analyzed. Hope that this paper has a certain reference value.
