中文摘要：	我国人民的生活品质随着中国经济的高速发展发生了巨大的提升。第三产业的兴起，带来了酒店服务业发展的春天，越来越多的知名酒店在我们身边出现。其中我国酒店业进入小城镇时间较晚，并且多数顾客对于酒店的服务水平等内在标准要求并不是很高，高端酒店还没有成为大众消费主流；现阶段酒店市场竞争的主要手段，还是通过提升酒店装修档次的硬件基础来吸引顾客。因此在酒店的投资项目里，酒店建设期所决定的整体装修的档次和质量，直接影响着酒店运营过程中竞争力的强弱，是现阶段决定酒店能否盈利的重要因素。如今酒店行业竞争十分激烈，并且基础建设投资大，成本回收期长。本文所涉及的HY山庄度假村是由五个创业合伙人共同出资建设的一家私营酒店，对项目成本更加敏感，并且公司决策不进行工程总承包管理，而是由合伙投资人成立项目部，对项目方案、设计、施工进行直接管理。这就需要酒店从建设初期就要引入项目成本管理概念，提高成本管理水平，让酒店轻装上阵更快的回收成本，早日盈利。本篇文章由项目成本管理理论切入，针对项目成本管理理论的内含、定义和研究方法进行了阐述。并对相关理论进行了回顾，分析国内外成本管理理论研究现状，与项目的成本管理理论知识。之后对酒店装修工程项目独特性进行了分析，对酒店装修工程成本可产生影响的各项指标因素，使用成本管理方法对数据进行分析并进行了详细的总结，通过以上方式找出酒店装修工程中实现成本管理的关键要素，为今后工程项目的实施打好了理论基础。本文由HY山庄度假村装修工程项目全过程的成本管理入手，描述本项目的具体实施情况，分析建设过程中可能会出现的成本管理问题。在此之后做出本项目的估算与预算，并以挣值分析法对正处于工程中期的在施项目进行了成本分析，确定出现问题的方向，在之后使用基于活动的全过程项目成本控制理论，提出了对HY山庄度假村装修项目的成本管理的改进措施、方案，最终为国内相似酒店装修项目的成本控制管理提供了可以参考的依据。同时也为青年创业者在项目初期建设阶段的成本管理工作提供了一个可以参考的实例。
英文摘要：	The quality of life of our people has greatly increased with the rapid development of the Chinese economy. The rise of the tertiary industry brought about the development of the hospitality industry in spring, and more and more famous hotels appeared around us. The hotel late into small towns in our country, and the majority of customers for the hotel's service level such as internal standard is not high, high-end hotel has not become a mainstream mass consumption; At present, the main means of competition in the hotel market are to attract customers by improving the hardware foundation of the hotel. So in hotel investment projects, the grade of the hotel to the construction of the overall decoration and quality, directly affects the hotel operations in the process of the strength of the competitiveness, is the important factor of decide the hotel will be profitable. The competition in the hotel industry is fierce now, and the investment in infrastructure is large and the cost of recycling is long. This paper involved in HY villa resort is funded by five venture partners, a private hotel, more sensitive to the project cost, project general contracting management and decision-making, but the project department, which was formed by investors, the project plan, design, construction management directly. Have to introduce project which requires the hotel from the early stages of construction cost management concept, improve the level of cost management, make the hotel travel lighter, faster recovery costs and profits at an early date. This article is based on the project cost management theory, and discusses the inclusion, definition and methodology of project cost management theory. This paper reviews the theory of cost management at home and abroad, and analyzes the theory of cost management at home and abroad. After analyses the unique hotel renovation project, the hotel renovation costs can be the indicators of impact factors, cost management method is used to analyze the data and makes a detailed summary, through the above way to find out key elements of implementation in hotel decoration engineering cost management, the implementation of the project for the future laid the theoretical basis. This article by HY villa resort to decorate the whole process of project cost management, this paper describes the concrete implementation of this project, in the process of construction cost management problems may occur. After that to make the project estimate and budget, and in the middle of earned value analysis in engineering in project cost analysis, to determine the direction of the problem, after the use of the whole process of project cost control theory based on activities, proposed to the HY villa resort project cost management measures, decoration design, in the end for the domestic similar hotel decoration project cost control management can provide the basis for reference. It also provides a reference for the cost management of young entrepreneurs in the construction phase of the project.
