中文摘要:随着近些来各种鼓励大学创业政策的出台,众创空间遍地开花,创业孵化器建设也是如火如荼。政策上的红利,社会氛围的鼓励,使得越来越多的大学生加入了创业大军。大学生创业一方面可以缓解日益严重的毕业生就业难问题;另一方面作为高素质群体的大学生,更可能为社会创造更多更好的产品和服务,推动经济发展。在此背景下,研究大学生创业行为形成机制及重要的驱动因素至关重要。本研究基于社会认知理论、计划行为理论和自我调节理论研究大学生创业意向——创业意向在一定条件下可以转化为创业行为——的影响因素。社会认知理论认为,个体的行为、认知特征和环境相互作用,这说明个体行为的形成受到个人因素和环境因素的影响。本研究从计划行为理论视角研究,大学生如何基于自身的认知和能力水平(主要指创业知识和情感能力),在个人态度、主观规范和自我效能感的中介作用下,经过理性思考形成创业意向的内在心理机制。这一部分主要考察内部因素对创业意向形成的影响。同时,从自我调节理论视角研究,创业环境、自我调节(包括自我效能感和自我调节)对创业意向形成的作用机制。 本论文首先对创业意向相关概念进行了界定,简单评述以往的创业意向模型,提取影响创业意向形成重要变量,在相关理论基础上构建本研究的理论模型。主要涉及创业知识、情感能力、市场资源环境、制度规范环境、个人态度、主观规范、自我效能感、促进定向、防御定向及创业意向10个变量。在理论模型和文献回顾的基础上推导了研究假设。然后,在成熟量表的基础上选取相关并进行修改,设计了适合本研究情境的调查问卷。并在正式发放前进行小规模的试填,进一步修正了量表。通过线下及线上两种方式收集数据。使用SPSS20.0对研究数据进行统计分析。 研究结果表明,个人态度、主观规范、自我效能感、促进定向与创业意向呈正向相关关系。创业知识和情感能力通过个人态度、主观规范及自我效能感对创业意向产生影响。自我效能感和促进定向在市场资源环境和创业意图的关系起到中介作用。但是,防御定向和制度规范环境对创业意图的影响没有得到本研究的支持。同时本研究还存在很多不足之处,如样本主要是来自天津高校还有待于扩展,创业知识、情感能力和创业环境以外对创业意向影响的因素没有考虑等,这些还有待于以后的研究。 
英文摘要:With the recent to encourage the introduction of a variety of entrepreneurial policies, a total of space to blossom, business incubator construction is in full swing. Policy bonuses, social atmosphere of encouragement, making more and more college students joined the entrepreneurial army. On the other hand, as a high-quality college students, more likely to create more and better products and services for the community to promote economic development. In this context, it is very important to study the formation mechanism and important driving factors of college students' entrepreneurial behavior. This study is based on the theory of social cognition, the theory of planned behavior and the theory of self-regulation to study the factors that the entrepreneurial intention of college students should be transformed into entrepreneurial behavior under certain conditions. Social cognition theory holds that the individual's behavior, cognitive characteristics and environmental interaction indicate that the formation of individual behavior is influenced by personal factors and environmental factors. Based on the theory of planned behavior theory, how does college students, based on their own cognitive and ability level (mainly refers to entrepreneurial knowledge and emotional ability), form a business intention through rational thinking under the mediation of personal attitudes, subjective norms and self-efficacy The inner psychological mechanism. This part mainly examines the impact of internal factors on the formation of entrepreneurial intentions. At the same time, from the perspective of self-regulation theory, the mechanism of entrepreneurial environment, self-regulation (including self-efficacy and self-regulation) on the formation of entrepreneurial intention. This paper first defines the concept of entrepreneurial intention, briefly reviews the previous entrepreneurial intention model, extracts the important variables that influence the intention of entrepreneurship, and constructs the theoretical model of this research on the basis of relevant theory. Mainly involved in entrepreneurial knowledge, emotional ability, market resources and environment, the system standard environment, personal attitudes, subjective norms, self-efficacy, to promote orientation and defense orientation 9 variables. Based on the theoretical model and literature review, the hypothesis is deduced. Then, based on the mature scale, the relevant questionnaire was selected and modified, and the questionnaire suitable for the study was designed. And in the formal release before the small-scale trial fill, further revised the scale. Collect data by line and online. SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the data. The results show that there is a positive correlation between personal attitudes, subjective norms, self - efficacy, promotion orientation and entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial knowledge and emotional ability have an impact on entrepreneurial intentions through personal attitudes, subjective norms and self-efficacy. Self-efficacy and the promotion of orientation in the market environment and the relationship between business intentions play an intermediary role. However, the impact of defense orientation and institutional norms on entrepreneurial intentions has not been supported by this study. At the same time, there are still many shortcomings in this study, such as the sample mainly from Tianjin University has yet to be expanded, entrepreneurial knowledge, emotional ability and entrepreneurial environment outside the factors that affect the intention of entrepreneurship considerations, which still need to be studied later.
