中文摘要:S公司是行业内的代表性企业,近年来在S公司内部形成了很多跨部门的项目团队,这些团队多以小规模、跨部门多、存在时间短、目标具体明确、任务量不大为特点。目前S公司内部跨部门项目管理不够规范,实际项目中存在项目延迟、项目目标未达成等诸多管理问题。 通过对S公司的实地调研,整理出以下两类主要问题:第一是在项目团队建立初期,主要问题存在于项目经理经验、项目团队沟通、项目内部冲突等方面;第二是在项目执行阶段中,主要的团队管理问题存在于来自职能部门的压力、项目变更等方面。本文将针对这两方面问题分别建立系统动力学模型,并就每个阶段的主要影响因素进行模拟分析。首先介绍了企业内部跨部门项目的动力学特性,并对相关研究进行了综述,然后介绍了S公司的现状,对S公司项目前期的团队建设阶段和项目执行阶段的团队管理分别进行系统动力学建模,并进行了仿真分析,最后结合实际结果提出了相应的项目团队管理建议。最后,进行了全文的总结回顾。 本文的创新之处在于,使用系统动力学来研究企业内部跨部门项目团队管理这一复杂问题,在目前国内研究中几乎没有;另一方面结合实际情况进行了阶段划分,并针对每个阶段的不同特点有所侧重地进行研究。 
英文摘要:S is a representative company in the industry.In recent years, many cross-departmental project teams have been formed inside the company. These teams are characterized by small-scale, cross-departmental, short-lived, targeted and clear tasks. At present, the internal inter-departmental project management of Company S is not standardized, and there are many problems such as project delay and project goal not reached。 Through the field research of S company, the following two main problems are sorted out: first, in the early stage of the project team, the main problems exist in the project manager,the project team communication, the project internal conflict and so on; the second is in the project execution stage , The main team management issues exist in the pressure from the functional departments, project changes and so on. In this paper, we will establish the system dynamics model for these two stages, and simulate the main influencing factors of each stage. Firstly, the dynamic characteristics of the inter-departmental project are introduced, and the related research is reviewed. Then, the status of the company is introduced. The system dynamics of the team construction stage and the project execution stage of the S company project are studied respectively. Modeling, and carried out the simulation analysis, and finally with the actual results put forward the corresponding project team management recommendations. Finally, the summary of the full review. The innovation of this paper lies in the use of system dynamics to study the complex problems of cross-departmental project team management in the enterprise.
