中文摘要：	随着信息技术的发展，在全球化的背景下，不确定常态化环境特征对企业能力提出了新的要求。与此同时，随着专业化程度的提高以及资源的全球配置等，使得企业的相互依赖关系在企业能力的建设过程中起着越来越重要的作用。为帮助企业建设企业能力以适应新环境特征的要求，本研究采用案例研究方法，通过对海尔和河南汽配等典型企业的分析，研究了相互依赖关系对企业能力的影响机制。 企业能力是个多维度概念，其构成也具有多层次的特征。为提高研究质量并结合中国当前的时代特征，本研究重点分析了企业能力中与相互依赖关系密切相关的维度，即应对环境变化能力、创业能力、价值共创能力和关系能力。 在应对环境变化能力方面，企业需要根据环境的具体特征，在相应相互依赖关系的支持下通过采取有针对性的具体活动来提高企业应对环境变化的能力。比如，在面对低可控性环境时，企业采取高模块化相互依赖模式并实施自组织建设活动有助于提高企业应对环境变化的能力。在创业能力方面，企业员工或创业团队在特定相互依赖关系的支持下通过相应的活动能提高创业能力的不同子维度，进而促进整体创业能力的提升。比如，企业采取高模块化的相互依赖模式可提高企业活动主体尤其是创业团队的资源整合能力和机会开发能力，从而有利于创业能力的提高。在价值共创能力方面，价值共创的对象不同，企业应采取不同的相互依赖关系特征。比如，当企业与合作伙伴实施价值共创活动时，企业采取高开放性相互依赖模式、高互益性相互依赖规则有助于价值共创能力的提升。在关系能力方面，企业在特定相互依赖关系的支持下，通过采取相应的支持性活动有助于企业关系能力的建设。比如，企业采取高开放性的相互依赖模式可以提高企业向合作单位提供专用性资源的水平，从而通过提高合作单位的依赖程度而提高企业的关系能力。 本研究在完善相互依赖关系维度基础上研究了相互依赖关系对企业能力的影响机制，不仅推动了相互依赖关系理论和企业能力的发展，而且还为企业能力的培育和提升提供了有益的借鉴。
英文摘要：	With the development of information technology, the characteristics of uncertain normalized environment put forward a new requirement towards the enterprise capabilities in the context of globalization. In the meantime, along with the improvement of the specialization degree and the global allocation of resources, the mutual interdependency relationship of enterprises plays an increasingly important role in the construction of enterprise capabilities. To facilitate enterprises to build enterprise capabilities for satisfying the requirements of the new environmental characteristics, this paper adopts the case study method to analyze the typical enterprises such as Haier Group and Henan Automobile Parts Company so as to investigate the influencing mechanism of interdependency relationship on enterprise capabilities. As a multi-dimensional concept, enterprise capability is composed with multi-level characteristics. In order to improve the research quality and meet the times characteristics of present China, this study focuses on analyzing the dimensions of enterprise capabilities that are closely related to interdependence, which are coping with environmental change ability, entrepreneurial ability, value co-creation ability and relational ability, respectively. In the aspect of coping with environmental change ability, enterprises need to adopt targeted specific activities to improve their ability of coping with environmental changes under the support of the corresponding interdependence according to the specific characteristics of the environment. For example, it is helpful for enterprises to improve the ability of coping with environmental changes in weakly controllable environments when employing self-organizing construction with high modularized interdependency patterns. In terms of entrepreneurial ability, employees or entrepreneurial teams can increase the different sub-dimensions of entrepreneurial capacity through the corresponding activities under the support of specific interdependency. For instance, the interdependency pattern with high modularity can improve enterprise capacities of resource integration and opportunity exploitation, which is conducive to improve entrepreneurial capacity. As for value co-creation ability, enterprises should take different characteristics of interdependency for different partners. For example, it is helpful for enterprises to improve the value co-creation ability when adopting interdependency rules with high openness and interdependency rule as well as high mutual benefit. In the perspective of relational ability, it is helpful for enterprises to improve relational ability with the support of specific interdependency by implementing the corresponding supportive activities. For instance, enterprises can improve the level of providing special resources for the partners by adopting the interdependency with high openness, so as to improve the relational ability through improving the dependency level of the cooperative units on the enterprises. Based on perfecting the dimension of interdependency, this paper further studies the influencing mechanism of interdependency on enterprise capabilities. Therefore, this study not only promotes the development of interdependency theory and enterprise capability theory, but also provides useful references for enterprises to cultivate and enhance enterprise capacities.
