中文摘要:伴随着科学技术的快速发展和全球经济环境的改革浪潮,创业活动对促进社会经济快速发展的中坚作用也日益显著,国内外学者们和企业家们都在不断探索,促进创业行为和提高创业的成功率的方式。对于整个创业过程来说,创业机会识别是所有创业活动的起始点,创业机会的识别决定着创业活动的方向和内容。因此,本文以人力资本理论、创业自我效能感和创业机会识别的相关理论为基础,提出相关的理论研究模型,探索创业者人力资本、创业自我效能感与创业机会识别之间的影响关系。本文在进行研究时,先后经历了文献梳理、数据处理和实证分析等过程。所采用的数据样本全部来源于中国创业动态跟踪调查项目(CPSED)。本研究利用统计分析软件SPSS 23.0对样本数据进行因子分析、相关性分析和回归分析。最后得到的结果表明,创业者人力资本和创业自我效能感对于创业机会识别都存在着积极的正向影响。其中,创业者的创业经历、职能经验和行业经验对创业机会识别的积极影响非常显著,而创业知识对创业机会识别的积极影响未得到数据的支持。此外,创业者在先前工作中积累的创业经历、职能经验和行业经验,可以通过创业自我效能感的中介作用,对创业机会识别产生积极的影响。基于上述的实证结果,本文针对潜在创业者、创业实践者和创业相关机构分别提出了一些建议。首先,潜在创业者应该充分了解自己拥有的资源储备,并评估自己的资源优势,不断积累创业知识、创业经验和创业技能,这些直接经验和间接经验都可以有效提升创业者自身的创业自我效能感水平,进而提高创业机会识别能力,为未来的创业活动打下坚实的基础,最终提高创业活动的成功率。其次,创业实践者在组建团队时,可以考虑优先招募有先前经验的成员,并在创业过程中开展以提高创业自我效能感为目标的培训。再者,创业支持机构在评估创业计划、企业孵化、创业培训和投资融资等活动时,可以对创业者的人力资本和创业自我效能感进行综合评估,进而对识别出的创业机会做出更理性、更科学的判断。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of science and technology and the wave of global economic environment reform, entrepreneurial activities play an increasingly important role in the development of society and economy, therefore domestic and foreign scholars and entrepreneurs are constantly exploring, promoting entrepreneurial behavior, and finally improve success rate of entrepreneurship. For the whole entrepreneurial process, the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition is the starting point for all entrepreneurial activities, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition determines the direction and content of entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, based on the theories of human capital, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, this thesis puts forward relevant theoretical research model of the relationship among entrepreneurial human capital, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. In this thesis, we have carried out the process of literature combing, data processing and empirical analysis. Relying on the data that came from the Chinese Panel Study of Entrepreneurial Dynamics (CPSED), this thesis use the statistical analysis software SPSS 23.0 to carry out factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data. Finally, the results show that the entrepreneur's human capital and entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive influence on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. Especially entrepreneurial experience, functional experience and industry experience have a positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. But the result of analysis show that entrepreneurial knowledge do not has a positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. In addition, the entrepreneurial experience, functional experience and industry experience that have accumulated in the previous work experience, have a positive influence on the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition through the intermediary role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Based on the empirical results, this thesis puts forward some suggestions for potential entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial practitioners and entrepreneurial institutions. First of all, potential entrepreneurs should fully understand their own reserves of resources, and assess their own resources, and constantly accumulate entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial skills, these direct experience and indirect experience can improve the entrepreneur's own entrepreneurial self-efficacy level effectively, and then improve the ability to identify entrepreneurial opportunities for the future entrepreneurial activities, and ultimately improve the success rate of entrepreneurial activities. Second, entrepreneurial practitioners can consider prioritizing the recruitment of members with previous experience, and conduct training activities in the entrepreneurial process to improve their entrepreneurial self-efficacy. In addition, entrepreneurial support agencies in the assessment of business plans, business incubation, business training and investment financing and other activities, the entrepreneur’s human capital and entrepreneurial self-efficacy can be a comprehensive assessment, and then identify the entrepreneurial opportunities to make more rational and more scientific judgment.
