中文摘要:快递业是中国的新兴行业,也是增长最快的行业之一。进入新世纪以来,市场增长率保持在30%以上。随着快递业不断做大做强,快递对中国经济的影响日益显现。而其中民营快递企业的发展最为抢眼。但随着外资巨头并购脚步的加快以及邮政快递改革的进行,民营快递企业的市场份额受到了很大的威胁,加之人力资源成本以及其它成本的上升,民营快递企业建立初期的竞争优势已不复存在。如何应对内外部的压力,提升自身的竞争力,已成为民营快递企业需要认真考虑的问题。 本论文在回顾了快递业以及企业竞争力与核心竞争力的相关理论基础上,展开了对中国快递市场以及民营快递现状的研究。在分析了中国快递业的竞争格局与市场划分之后,对民营快递企业的发展历程进行了梳理,回顾了民营快递企业的起步与发展以及现存经营模式,对民营快递企业进行了SWOT分析。针对快递行业的特点以及数据的可获得性,建立了民营快递企业竞争力评价体系,并选取了相应的评价指标对民营快递企业竞争力进行了研究与分析。最后,针对分析结果,提出了民营快递企业竞争力提升途径。主要建议有进行准确定位、开拓高利润市场、提升服务质量、加强资源整合与改善管理制度。 本论文共分六章。第一章为绪论,主要介绍了本论文的研究背景与问题的提出、研究的意义与方法、研究的内容与框架。第二章为理论回顾部分,回顾了快递业以及企业竞争力与核心竞争力的相关理论,为本研究提供理论依据。第三章为中国快递行业发展概况与市场环境部分,分析了中国快递业的竞争格局与市场划分,梳理了中国民营快递企业的发展历程,回顾了民营快递企业的起步与发展以及现存经营模式,对民营快递企业进行了SWOT分析。第四章为民营快递企业竞争力分析,建立了民营快递企业竞争力评价模型并对其现状进行了研究。第五章为民营快递企业竞争力提升途径。第六章为结论。 本论文主要有三点创新处。第一是利用各种可获得官方数据和统计资料,构建了快递业竞争力指标体系来分析民营快递企业竞争力问题。第二是以前研究中很少涉及到民营快递企业之间竞争力的比较,本论文进行了一定的初步研究。第三是针对民营快递企业竞争力存在的问题,提出了一些建设性的意见。 
英文摘要:The emerging industry, express industry, is one of the fastest-growing industries in china. Since entering the new century, it has maintained the market growth rate above 30%. As the express industry develops bigger and stronger, its influence on the china economy has become clear. The development of the private express enterprise is the most eye-catching. But its market share has been threatened by the increasing mergers and acquisitions by the foreign express enterprises and the reform carried on by EMS. Besides, the human resource cost and other cost are rising at the same time. So the competitive advantage has disappeared. How to handle with the outside and inside pressure and improve its competitiveness has become the problem which the private express enterprises should think over. On the basis of reviewing the related theories of express industry, enterprise competitiveness and core competitiveness, the thesis goes on to the research on the china express industry and the current condition of the private express. After analyzing the competition pattern and market segmentation of the express industry, the thesis combs the development process of the private express enterprise and then makes a SWOT analysis of it. Considering the characteristics of the industry and availability of the data, the thesis sets up a competitiveness evaluation system for the private express enterprises and chooses some corresponding indexes in order to research and analyze the competitiveness of the private express enterprise. At last, the thesis puts up some promotion strategies of the private express enterprises. The main suggestions are making accurate positioning, developing high-profit market, enhancing the service quality, strengthening the resources integration and improving the management system. There are six chapters in the thesis. The fist chapter is introduction which introduces the background, question, significance and method, contents and frame of the thesis. The second chapter is the review part which reviews the related theories of express industry, enterprise competitiveness and core competitiveness. The third chapter is about the general development and market environment of the china express industry which reviews the development and progress and current operation modes and makes an SWOT analysis of the private express enterprise. The fourth chapter is the private express enterprise competitiveness analysis which sets up a competitiveness evaluation mode and makes a research on the current competitiveness condition. The fifth chapter is about the strategies to improve the competitiveness of the private express enterprise. The last chapter is the conclusion part. There are three innovations in the thesis. The first one is using some available official and statistical data to analyze the competitiveness problems of the private express enterprise. The second one is making some initial research on the comparison between the private express enterprises. The last one is putting forward some constructional opinions on the existing problems of the private express enterprise competitiveness.
