| 中文摘要: | 生产者责任延伸制是以保护环境和减少资源浪费为目的的一种政策,该制度的实施能够有效促进废弃产品的回收、减少填埋及资源的再使用和再利用。实施生产者责任延伸制不仅能够减少资源的浪费,而且有利于控制废弃电子产品对土壤中造成的污染。以往的研究很少从供应链治理视角考虑问题,由此,本文从供应链治理视角出发,探索基于供应链治理的生产者责任延伸制实施机制问题,促进生产者责任延伸制的有效实施。本研究的主要结论为:第一,在供应链治理的视角下,通过案例研究,比较分析了“主题、伙伴关系、模式、措施、法规依据、绩效”等方面的内容,为EPR的运行机制研究提供了依据。构建了电子行业EPR制度运作机制模型,通过EPR体系的主体分析,发现政府制定的强制性标准和环保要求、供应链核心企业-制造商、供应商在EPR体系的实施中,起着关键性作用。第二,在供应链治理的视角下,围绕6个维度,通过问卷调研法和统计分析方法,得出影响电子行业实施EPR的21个关键因素,构建了电子行业实施EPR驱动因素的解释结构模型,分析驱动因素之间的联系。供应链外部边界因素影响着供应链内部边界因素,而政府、消费者、媒体等因素是电子行业实施EPR的主导性因素。第三,利用数学模型的方法研究供应商行为的制造商EPR决策,研究结果表明供应商的行为直接影响制造商的EPR决策策略。在制造商的再制造策略中,零件的生产成本对制造商EPR决策具有决定性作用。其次,供应商DfR行为在EPR体系运作中也起到着重要作用。第四,通过实证分析,验证了EPR实施与环境绩效与市场绩效成显著正相关,但与财务绩效没有显著相关关系。引入了契约型治理、关系型治理、控股型治理三种供应商治理机制作为调节变量,研究结果表明契约式治理能够在EPR实施与环境绩效和市场绩效上起到显著的正向调节作用,而关系型治理能够对市场绩效产生显著的正向调节作用。本研究的创新点为:第一,从崭新的视角—供应链治理的视角下,研究电子行业实施EPR的问题。把供应链治理的思想引入到EPR实施中,构建了在供应链治理视角下的企业EPR实施模型,有助于供应链治理理论的扩展。第二,在新产品与再制造品间的竞争的闭环供应链背景下,创新性地考虑了供应商对零部件DfR性质的决策,考虑供应商的努力对制造商运营决策的影响。第三,以供应链治理为切入点,引入了契约型治理、关系型治理、控股型治理三种供应商治理机制,系统研究制造商的EPR实施及其绩效关系。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Aimed at saving resources and protecting the environment, EPR proves to be an efficient mechanism in practice. Researches in the past seldom pay attention to investigate this matter in the perspective of supply chain governance. In this dissertation, we study the implementation mechanism of EPR in the perspective of supply chain governance, trying to allocate the efficient operational strategies. The main conclusions of this dissertation are as following: First, using case study method, we analyze the concepts of partnership, implement policy and laws and regulations. Building up the EPR operational framework, we find that the core factors in EPR implementation include government regulations and manufacturer-supplier relationship. Second,we analyze the EPR implementation in six dimensions. Using questionnaire and statistic methods, we get 21 key factors that influence EPR practice. The results show that the outlying influential factors affect the internal factors, and the government, consumers and media share the leadership in the EPR practice in electronic industry. Third, we analyze the manufacturer’s EPR strategies with mathematical models, and find that the supplier’s behavior will directly affect the manufacturer’s EPR strategies. In the remanufacturing strategy, key components product cost plays an essential role in the strategy decision. Supplier’s DfR behavior also proves to be a key factor. Fourth, through empirical analysis, we verify the positive correlation between the EPR implementation and environmental/market performance. We also find that the financial performance is quite irrelevant here. Introducing contract governance, relationship governance and stock holding governance mechanism, we find that the contract governance mechanism can generate significant regulate function. While the relationship governance have significant influence on the market performance. The innovation points of this dissertation are as following: First, adopting the new study perspective of supply chain governance, we investigate the EPR implementation problem in the electronic industry. Building up the framework of EPR implementation with the study methods of supply chain governance, we expand the supply chain governance theory. Second, in the environment of new and remanufactured products, we innovatively study the decision problem of the supplier’s strategy on DfR of the components. We also investigate how will the supplier’s efforts influence the manufacturer’s decisions. Third, we combine the supply chain governance mechanism with the contract governance, relationship governance and stock holding governance so as to investigate the EPR implementation strategies and its according performance. | |
