| 中文摘要: | 在备受万众瞩目的创业浪潮中,“什么样的人适合创业”一直是理论界与实 践界十分关注的话题。创业者通过经营获得较好的企业绩效并不必然代表适合 创业,是否能从创业活动中获得心理上的满足感是更为重要的标准。基于这一认 识,本研究从人本主义视角出发采用实证研究的方法,通过对中国各大城市的创 业者进行问卷调查获得一手的研究数据和信息,借鉴工作特征模型的理论思想, 结合心理资本、领导行为和工作满意度等相关理论内容,通过分析创业者心理资 本水平与工作满意度、创业工作特征与工作满意度以及创业者心理资本与核心 工作特征之间的交互关系回答“什么样的人适合创业”这一问题。 通过对全国范围内 222 位创业者和 251 位非创业者进行问卷调查,从个人 基本信息、心理资本、领导行为以及工作满意度等方面进行数据采集。采用实证 研究的方法得出如下结论:对于被调查的创业者来说,男性创业者的工作满意度 明显高于女性创业者;拥有高学历的创业者在创业工作的获得的满足感更强。创 业者心理资本水平对创业者工作满意度具有正向影响作用,心理资本下的乐观 希望维度对创业者工作满意度下的四个维度均有显著的正向作用,自信勇敢和 谦虚诚稳维度对创业者工作满意度下的个人发展维度具有显著的正向作用。虽 然从现有的数据来看,创业工作特征对创业者工作满意度不具有显著的影响作 用,但是在心理资本的调节作用下,创业工作特征下的变革心智和掌控风向两个 维度对创业者工作满意度有显著的正向影响。从而更加突出创业者心理资本水 平对创业活动的重要性。 本研究区别于以企业绩效为导向对创业者进行的研究,而是从人本主义视 角,以创业者的心理资本水平和创业工作中的心理感受作为研究的核心和重点, 丰富了对于创业者和创业效果的理论研究。同时,本研究结论也能够启发创业者 在选择或进行创业工作的过程中理性思考和审视自身的特质以及心理状态,注 重培养和 高心理资本水平,评估目前的创业工作能力,更加享受创业工作带来 的成就感和满足感。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the trend of entrepreneurship, what kind of person is suitable for entrepreneurship has been one of the hot topics in the field of theory and practice. Entrepreneurs achieve great business result do not necessarily represent being fit for entrepreneurship. Whether can gain the mental satisfaction from entrepreneurial activity is the more significant standard. Based on this realization, the study adopts the method of empirical and gets the information of entrepreneurs all over China. Using the main idea of job character model and combining with the psychological capital, leadership behavior and job satisfaction theory. From the perspective of humanity, this research try to figure out the relationship of entrepreneurs and their job satisfaction. Around the questions of entrepreneurs’ psychological capital levels and job satisfaction, entrepreneurship job characteristics and job satisfaction, and the interaction relationship between psychological capital and the core job characteristics. Answer the question of what kind of person is suitable for entrepreneurship. Through to the survey of 222 entrepreneurs and 251 non-entrepreneurs nationwide, finished the data collection of personal basic information, psychological capital, leadership behavior and job satisfaction. Through the analysis of the survey data and related information of entrepreneurs, there have be the following conclusions: for entrepreneurs from the survey, female entrepreneurs have higher job signification than male entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs with higher degree are more satisfaction in their work. Entrepreneurs’ psychological capital has positive relationship with job satisfaction. Besides, the Positive and Hope dimension of the psychological capital has significant positive effect on the four dimensions of job satisfaction. And the Confident and Brave dimension and Humble and Honest dimension have positive effect on personal development. While from the view of the existing data, work characters of entrepreneurs have no significant influence on job satisfaction. However, under the regulation effect of psychological capital, the Innovation Minds and Controlling Risks dimensions have positive effective on job satisfaction. And highlight the importance of entrepreneurs’ psychological capital level to entrepreneurial activity. This study differs from the other research of entrepreneurs oriented on the enterprise performance. The main point of this study is focus on the level of psychological capital and mental situation on the perspective of humanity. And enrich the research theory of entrepreneurship and their job. At the same time, this study try to enlighten the entrepreneurs rethink their traits and promote their psychological capital. Think their capability in the working rationally and enjoy to be an entrepreneur. | |
