| 中文摘要： | 当前，全国各地涌现出一批有亮点、有潜力、有特色的众创空间，已经成 为大众创业万众创新的重要阵地和创新创业者的聚集地，呈现蓬勃发展的良好 势头。随着众创空间井喷式发展期的到来，全国各地的众创空间呈现出服务形 式多样化、服务质量不一、孵化率参差不齐、竞争白热化的态势。 本文首先梳理了国内外众创空间的发展历程，总结了其在不同发展阶段的 主要特点。其次本文将国内众创空间的主要服务项目进行了归纳和分类，主要 分为智力支持类、资源支持类、资本支持类，并基于供应链视角概括了众创空 间的服务结构与服务供应模式。在此基础上，本文并建立了“智力、资源与资 本推动力模型”，探究相同条件及不同条件下众创空间孵化能力（“智力支持”、 “资源支持”和“资本支持”）对于创业企业成功的影响。 本文通过研究发现众创空间提供的智力支持、资源支持和资本支持对于创 业团队的成功有积极影响，同时发现了服务主动性和服务起始点的调节作用， 即众创空间提供主动性智力支持服务时，智力支持服务对创业团队成功的影响 程度更大；众创空间在创业团队创业后期提供资本支持服务时，资本支持服务 对创业团队成功的影响程度更大。 本文在研究结论的基础上结合供应链理论，分别对众创空间服务供应链的 网络结构（供应商和客户）、业务流程（集成服务平台建立和集成服务供应流程 改进）、评价指标三个方面提出了管理对策。 | |
| 英文摘要： | At present, a batch of enlightening, potential, distinctive maker spaces which are the important positions and gathering place for innovation have sprung up all over the country. With the arrival of the development, maker spaces in China begin to show the characteristics of diversified service forms, different service quality, the jagged hatchability and fierce competition. I sorted the major history of the maker space in both domestic and overseas market according the time order.as well as the feature of the maker space in different development stage. I sorted the main service functions into different classifications that is Intelligence supporting, Resource supporting and Capital supporting and constructed an “Intelligence, Resource and Capital Growth Model” to find the relationship between the incubation ability of maker space and the success of the pioneering enterprises. It is shown in this paper that all intelligence, resource and capital supporting provided by the maker space positively contribute to the success of the pioneering teams. The service proactivity adjusted the effect of intelligence supporting, whereas the service initial point adjusted the effect of capital supporting. Additionally, this paper models a service supply chain for the makers pace, based on the theory of supply chain, and further recommended several management strategies in terms of the result of service supply network, the work process as well as the evaluation system. | |
