中文摘要: | 随着双创政策的提出,大学生创业有了越来越多的政策便利,创业者涌现。大学生通常是高文化水平、低社会实践经验,构成了这个群体独特的特征,但并未有研究探讨过大学生创业者的信息行为。 本研究通过二手数据收集和深度访谈法两种方法收集数据。二手数据来自网上对于创业者的公开报道,或者创业者自己发布的文章,一共收集到45个符合样本条件的大学生创业者,与之相关的报道超过50万字。访谈对象来自老师、同学介绍,共访谈了10个人。对数据的分析方法采用了定性分析法。 结合对信息行为情境的考察,通过对大学生创业者的创业过程与信息行为的梳理,本研究主要做出了理论的和实践的贡献。 在信息行为调查与解释上,分析了大学生创业者的信息需求,考察了他们的信息获取行为。二维信息实践模型和信息场理论解释了他们的行为,并提出信息场对信息获取的作用;在信息获取渠道上,与人交互对创业者具有重要的意义,但创业者也大量使用非与人交互的渠道获取信息。 在理论贡献上,本文对二维信息实践理论模型进行了拓展,将其由建立连接、交互两阶段模型拓展为连接准备/努力、建立连接、交互的三阶段模型,并提出行动者带着信息获取目的参加信息场的可能。 在实践贡献上,本文根据上述研究结论,分别针对政策制定者和大学生创业者提出了相关建议。 | |
英文摘要: | With the implementation of the policy about encouraging mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the number of college student entrepreneurs has increased greatly. College students are highly educated, howerver, with little social practice experience, which makes them a unique group, but there have not been any research on their information behavior. Second-hand data is colleceted as well as first-data by in-depth interviews. The former consists of the online published reports of entrepreneurs, and published speeches, essays by entrepreneurs. The second-data of a total of 45 student entrepreneurs is collected. Ten individuals are interviewed introduced by the researcher’s teachers and classmates. All the data is analyzed in qualitative method. This paper investigate the entrepreneurial process and information behavior of college students, with information context considered. The followings are theoretical and practical contributions of the study. Firstly, the information behavior is investigated and explained. The information acquisition of the entrepreneurs can be explained by the two-dimensional model of information practice. And information grounds theory explains how the entrepreneurs acquire information by attending meetings and activities. As for information source, to interact with others is of great significance, but the entrepreneurs also take use of a large number of other channels to obtain information. Secondly, theoretical contribution is made. The two-dimensional model of information practice is developed from a two-stage model of connecting and interacting into a three-stage model of connection preparation/efforts, connection and interacting. And the possibility that the actors attend information grounds with the intention to acquire information is proposed. Thirdly, suggestions for the policy makers and the the college student entrepreneurs are proposed respectively. | |
