中文摘要:成本粘性作为成本的一种固有属性,我们可以通过成本粘性更好地了解企业的经营管理和决策。员工薪酬作为成本的组成部分也具有着粘性的特征,研究员工薪酬粘性能够使我们对企业的劳动力成本管理有更加深入地了解。 本文以企业员工薪酬粘性为切入点,结合我国《劳动合同法》出台的制度背景,考察劳动保护程度对员工薪酬粘性的影响;并且进一步考察了产品市场竞争程度对上述关系的影响。本文以企业员工人均薪酬增长率与所在行业人均薪酬增长率的差值衡量劳动保护程度,将2013-2015年我国 A 股上市公司数据作为研究样本,利用国泰安数据库收集数据,运用Excel对数据进行初期整理,借助统计软件SPSS进行线性回归实证检验。验证我国上市公司是否存在员工薪酬粘性,并考察了宏观层面法律环境对微观层面企业劳动力成本管理决策的影响。结果发现:我国上市企业的确存在员工薪酬粘性。并且劳动保护加剧了企业员工薪酬粘性,尤其是普通员工薪酬粘性。考虑到产品竞争环境是影响企业经济行为的重要因素,加入产品市场竞争变量,发现激烈的产品竞争市场环境削弱了劳动保护对员工薪酬粘性的加强作用。本文结论一方面说明了新劳动法规出台后,劳动保护对员工的权益起到的积极维护作用。另一方面也揭示了激烈的产品竞争市场中对劳动保护的欠缺与存在的漏洞,为相关监管机构和政策制定者增强劳动者权益保护提供了指导建议。 
英文摘要:Cost viscosity is a kind of inherent attribute of the cost. We can have a better understanding of the enterprise management and decision-making through it. Employee compensation as part of the cost also has the features of viscosity, the employee compensation viscosity can make us our has a more in-depth understanding of labor costs management in enrerprise. This paper is based on the system background of the implement of "labor contract law". Using enterprise employee compensation viscosity as the breakthrough point, examining how the labor protection degree affect the stickiness of employee compensation. And further investigates how the degree of product market competition impact the relationship above. Using the laborer labor dispute cases - interest rates as proxy variable of labor protection degree, I select 2013-2015A-share listed companies as the research sample. The data we used is from csmar. Then using excel to process data firstly . Data sorting, linear regression empirical test with the aid of statistical software SPSS. Validating of China's listed company whether there is any labor cost stickiness . And examining how the labor law affect enterprise labor costs’ management decisions.Research results show that China's listed companies exist labor costs stickiness and the laws will make the enterprise adopt stronger Labor cost stickiness management strategy. Further analysis found that labor protection especially intensified the stickiness of ordinary employee compensation .Considering the industrial competition environment is the main factor that affects economic behavior of enterprises, I enter the product market competition variables, founding that competition in the product market environment has weakened the labor protection’s strengthening effect of wages sticky. On the one hand, we can concluded that sence the new labor laws and regulations made, labor protection play a positive role to maintain the rights and interests of employees . On the other hand this paper also reveals the lack of labor protection and existence of loopholes in the market. This paper also provide guidance advice for relevant regulators and policy makers to enhance protection of the rights and interests of laborers.
