中文摘要：	创新对时代发展、社会进步与国家富强至关重要，一直是经济发展和企业管理中的重要研究主题之一。数字时代的企业创新面临着以下问题，其一，企业如何认知所处的时代环境——数字时代，并将之服务于企业的发展；其二，企业如何利用创新，管理创新来实现可持续发展；其三，如何将上述两个相对分离的问题有效的结合起来。 针对上述问题，本文基于发展经济学、制度理论、创新管理、项目管理等相关领域的文献梳理与总结，通过理论推演，对数字制度的定义、内涵、类别与维度划分进行深入分析，将数字制度划分为宏观数字制度与企业中微观数字制度两大类别，对每一类别的数字制度的内涵与维度构成再次剖析，并设计调查问卷，在信度分析的基础上通过小样本调查问卷的发放，并运用探索性因子分析等分析方法得到关于数字制度的有效调查问卷。同理，对传统意义的数字技术的内涵与维度划分深入分析，并得到关于数字技术的调查问卷。企业通过构建企业创新生态系统来提升创新绩效，本文通过文献综述与理论推演，对大多数现有的定性研究进行定量分析设计，同时，对创新项目管理这一有效的创新管理模式，以及对企业创新生态系统构建中涉及到的组织结构变革的突出方式——项目导向型组织进行深入分析，明确了创新项目管理、项目导向型组织与企业创新生态系统成功构建等构念的内涵及其维度划分，通过小样本问卷的发放、回收与探索性因子分析精炼其调查问卷。 在此工作基础上，发掘上述构念之间的逻辑关系，提出研究假设，构建研究模型。然后，进行大样本问卷的发放与回收，运用相关分析工具对上述构念的大样本问卷信效度检验，通过回归分析对研究假设和理论模型进行检验，本文得到如下结论：其一，数字技术可划分为数字产生与获取技术、数字存储技术、数字传输技术和数字处理技术等四个维度。其中，数字传输技术、数字存储技术、数字处理技术都对企业创新生态系统成功构建存在显著影响，而数字产生与获取技术对企业创新生态系统成功构建没有显著影响。其二，数字制度包括宏观数字制度和企业中微观数字制度两个大的类别，其中企业中微观数字制度包括数字化治理制度、数字化组织管理与数字化社会网络三个维度，且都对企业创新生态系统成功构建存在显著影响。而宏观数字制度主要是对企业中微观数字制度影响企业创新生态系统成功构建起到了调节作用。其三，创新项目管理包括创新项目的独创性管理、创新项目的风险管理、创新项目的资源管理与创新项目的集成管理等四个子维度，其中，创新项目的独创性管理、创新项目的风险管理创新项目的集成管理等都对企业创新生态系统成功构建存在显著的正向影响，而创新项目的资源管理对企业创新生态系统成功构建存在显著的负向影响。其四，创新项目管理在数字技术影响创新生态系统成功构建过程中的部分中介作用。其五，项目导向型组织在创新项目管理影响创新生态系统成功构建过程中的比较大的中介作用，发挥着过半的中介效应。其六，在创新项目管理影响创新生态系统成功构建过程中，以及企业中微观数字制度影响创新生态系统成功构建过程中，宏观数字制度都起着调节作用。 本文的主要贡献：其一，深入剖析数字时代的企业创新的外部环境，基于技术发展理论、技术管理理论以及组织制度理论等相关基础理论，首次分解并明确提出数字技术与数字制度的概念，并深入分析了上述两个概念的内涵及其维度构成，设计了概念的测量量表，拓展了构念的理论分析空间和实际应用场景，并考察对企业创新生态系统构建的影响机理。其二，重新界定了企业创新生态系统成功构建的指标体系，考虑到大多数现有研究属于定性研究，本文按照严格的调查问卷设计步骤和实证分析步骤，通过预调研与小样本的发放和分析，进一步精炼本文开发的调查问卷，并通过大样本检验了诸多要素对其的影响过程。其三，将创新项目管理和项目导向型组织引入到企业创新生态系统构建的分析模型中，在现有大量的案例研究和定性研究的基础上，本文按照严格的调查问卷设计步骤和实证分析步骤，通过实证分析，揭示了在数字经济中，宏观数字制度对创新项目管理影响企业创新生态系统成功构建过程中的调节作用机制；而项目导向型组织对创新项目管理影响企业创新生态系统成功构建过程中的中介作用机制。
英文摘要：	Innovation is essential to the development of the times, social progress and national prosperity, and has always been one of the important themes in economic development and enterprise management. Enterprise innovation in the digital age needs to solve at least two problems. First, how do companies understand the era of the environment - the digital age, and serve the development of the organization; Second, how to achieve sustainable development through innovation In view of the above problems, most of the existing research at this stage only emphasizes the impact of digital technology on enterprise development, while ignoring the digital technology with the emergence of a variety of digital institutions and the role of enterprise development. This paper is based on the literatures of development economics, institutional theory, innovation management, project management and other related fields. Through the theoretical deduction, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the definition, connotation, category and dimension of the concept of digital institutions, which is divided into two categories: macro-digital institutions and micro-digital institutions in enterprises. The connotation and dimension of each category of digital institutions are analyzed again, and the questionnaire is designed. Based on the reliability analysis, using the exploratory factor analysis to obtain the effective measurement of the digital institutions and the final questionnaire. Similarly, the connotation and dimensions of the digital technology of traditional meaning are analyzed in depth, and the questionnaire on digital technology is obtained. Through the construction of enterprise innovation ecosystem to enhance the innovation performance, this paper through the literature review and theoretical deduction, most of the existing qualitative research quantitative analysis and design, at the same time, innovation and effective management of project management model, as well as the enterprise The construction of innovative ecosystems involved in the transformation of the organizational structure of the outstanding way - project-oriented organizations in-depth analysis of the clear project management, project-oriented organizations and enterprises to successfully build the three concepts of innovation and the connotation of the concept and its Dimensional division, through the issue of small sample questionnaire, recovery and exploratory factor analysis to refine its questionnaire. On the basis of this work, through the literature combing and theoretical deduction, to explore the logical relationship between the above ideas, put forward research assumptions, build research model. Then, the distribution and retrieval of large sample questionnaires are carried out. The reliability and validity of the large sample questionnaire of the above-mentioned constructs are tested by the relevant analysis tools. The regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis and the theoretical model. The paper concludes: Which can be divided into four dimensions: digital generation and acquisition technology, digital storage technology, digital transmission technology and digital processing technology. Based on the sample collection, the digital technology of each dimension is studied to directly influence the successful construction of enterprise innovation ecosystem. Among them, digital transmission technology, digital storage technology and digital processing technology have significant influence on the successful construction of enterprise innovation ecosystem, and digital generation and acquisition technology have no significant effect on the successful construction of enterprise innovation ecosystem. Second, the digital institutions includes macro-digital institutions and micro-digital institutions in the enterprise two large categories, including micro-digital institutions in the enterprise, including digital governance system, digital organization and management and digital social network three dimensions, and are enterprise innovation ecosystem Successful construction has a significant impact. The macro-digital institutions is mainly on the micro-digital institutions in the enterprise innovation ecosystem has successfully played a regulatory role. Third, the innovation project management includes the innovative management of the project's original management, innovation project risk management, innovation project resource management and innovation project integration management four sub-dimensions, of which innovative project originality management, innovation project risk management The integrated management of innovation projects and so on have a significant positive impact on the successful construction of enterprise innovation ecosystem, and the resource management of innovation project has a significant negative impact on the successful construction of enterprise innovation ecosystem. Fourthly, the project-oriented organization plays a semi-mediating effect in the process of innovation project management which influences the successful construction of the innovative ecosystem. Fifth, the macro-digital institutions plays a regulatory role in the process of successful project management affecting the successful construction of innovative ecosystems and the process of micro-digital institutions in enterprises. The main contributions of this paper are as follows: First, the author analyzes the external environment of the enterprise innovation in the digital age, and analyzes the digital technology based on the basic theory of technology development theory, technology management theory and organizational system theory. And the concept of digital institutions, and in-depth analysis of the two concepts of the connotation and dimensions of the composition of the design of the concept of measurement scale, to expand the concept of theoretical analysis of space and practical application scenarios, and study the enterprise innovation ecosystem which has the mechanism of the impact. Second, it redefines the index system of the successful construction of the enterprise's innovative ecosystem. Considering that most of the existing research belongs to the qualitative research. According to the strict questionnaire design step and the empirical analysis step, through the pre-investigation and the small sample release and analysis, further refined the questionnaire developed in this paper, and through a large sample of the impact of this paper, the impact of innovative enterprise ecosystems to build a number of elements of its impact process. Thirdly, the innovation project management and project-oriented organization are introduced into the analysis model of enterprise innovation ecosystem construction. On the basis of a large number of case studies and qualitative research, this paper, according to the strict questionnaire design steps and empirical analysis steps , Through empirical analysis, reveals that in the digital economy, the macro-digital institutions on the impact of innovative project management on the successful construction of innovative ecosystems in the process of adjustment mechanism; and project-oriented organizations to the impact of innovative project management enterprise innovation ecosystem successful construction process In the intermediary mechanism.
