中文摘要:随着社交媒体的不断发展,社交媒体的格局逐步稳定,但是用户对信息安全、隐私保护现状越来越不满,也提出了更多的要求。个人信息备受重视但是立法较难,到目前还没有专门的法律。在 2016 年国务院印发的《“十三五”国家信息化规划》中,要求优先推进个人信息保护、关键信息基础设施等重点领域相关立法工作。 在这样的背景下,对社交媒体用户个人信息的自我披露的研究很有必要,尤其是社交媒体用户为什么要对个人信息自我披露,社交媒体用户个人信息自我披露行为受哪些因素的影响,社交媒体用户个人信息自我披露的表现特征是什么,都需要进一步的探讨。研究在对已有研究梳理的基础上, 依托剧场理论框架,引入计划行为理论、理性行为理论、 隐私计算理论等, 提出并构建了社交媒体用户自我披露行为模型,并基于此提出了自己的研究假设。采用问卷调查法获取了相关数据,并采用相关分析、回归分析、路径分析等分析方法对数据进行了分析,对研究假设进行了检验,并对各个变量之间的关系进行了进一步的分析与探讨,在此基础上对所提出的社交媒体用户个人信息自我披露行为模型进行了优化与改进。研究结果显示,内部动机上:行为控制、行为态度对信息披露意愿的影响作用;感知收益与感知成本影响行为态度;行为规范对信息披露意愿的影响不显著,但是与行为控制、行为态度具有显著相关关系。环境影响因素上:环境因素对行为的直接影响不显著,而对信息披露意愿具有直接且显著的影响。行为表现上:不同动机下用户信息披露的内容、程度、频次以及披露对象存在显著差异。 基于此研究结果,社交媒体可以从用户的动机分析以及行为表现等角度出发,构建更加完善的信息安全保障机制;相关信息保护的法律法规的制定也需要依托于对用户以及用户行为的详细的分析。 
英文摘要:With the continuous development of social media, the structure of social media is gradually stable, but the user is more and more dissatisfaction about the current situation of information security and privacy, and putting forward more requirements. Personal information protection’s legislation is very difficult. There is no specific law to protect the personal information now. Which is Printed and distributed by the state council in 2016, “the much starker choices-and graver consequences-in national informatization planning”, claim that we should legislate in the key areas such as personal information protection and the critical information infrastructure as soon as prossible. Under this context, the research on the personal information self-disclosure of the social media users is necessary. Especially why social media users self disclosure their personal information? What influents the Social media disclosure their personal information. What are the features of social media users disclosure their personal information? Before the research, we do a review on the existing research. Under the structure of Dramaturgic Theory, the Theory of Planned Action, the Theory of Reasoned Action and Privacy Computing Theory, we put forward a social media users’ self-disclosure behavior model. Depending on the model, we put forward a series of hypothesis. Then we obtain the data through the questionnaire and use the means of correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis to analyze the data so that we can test the research hypothesis and explore the relationship between each variable. It has been made the further revision through the analyse to the model structure and the parameter. The results showed that why social media users self-disclosure their personal information, the main influence factors and the behavioral expression. Behavior control, behavior attitude will impact the information self-disclosure wish. Perceived benefits and perceived cost impact the behavior attitude. Behavior norms has not significant influence on the information self-disclosure wish. Environmental factors have no significant and direct impact on the behavior, but they have significant influence on information disclosure will. Between four modes of behavior, the information disclosure content, degree, frequency and behavioral object have significant differences. Based on the results of this study, social media can build a better information security mechanism. The enactment of relevant information protection laws and regulations also depends on detailed analysis of user and user behavior.
