| 中文摘要： | 随着我国经济方面的发展潜力逐渐显现，我国的在经济方面的发展潜力正在逐渐凸显，不断提升的物质条件催生了我国人民的精神层面的需求，而且这种需求正在不断提高。近年来，高科技与文化产业双头并进，渐渐成为了社会关注的新热点，而经济繁荣也让普通百姓在打理生活之余有了投资需求，并且需求呈现日益强烈的趋势。基于此，艺术品投资也受到普通百姓的广泛关注。在我国艺术品投资作为一个新兴产业，其具有广阔的发展空间，同时也具有现实技术上的可操作性。综上所述，艺术品投资领域既有政策层面、市场层面的利好，又有投资者物质层面的条件，满足了人们投资价值和精神享受的双重要求。 “登高?识远”2015中国私人财富报告数据，对我国百姓手中的可投资资产进行了研究，研究发现其呈现强劲的增长态势。这也为艺术品投资市场的活跃提供了有力的前提和强大的保障。而根据梅魔指数的现实，艺术品升值已经全面跑赢了其他理财产品，同时，在时代进步的力量下，艺术品金融化也已成为艺术品市场发展的必然趋势。 本文的对市场现状及未来趋势进行了全面分析，提出了艺术品结构化的产品设计方式并着重分析了其创新型的盈利模式，该产品设计采用结构化的方式，即固定收益加可选浮动收益方案的设计，满足了不同投资者的需求；对于盈利模式，也尽可能在控制风险的前提下进行了创新型的设计。这种模式的雏形已在作者所在公司进行了尝试性的探索，并得到投资人的一致认可和大力追捧。其主要原因在于这种产品设计极大降低了艺术品投资的风险、降低了艺术品投资的门槛，盈利模式也遵循在资金安全的前提下博取最大收益的原则。该产品设计模式既可以满足高净值人群对艺术品的追求和资产升值的需要；又可以为普通投资者参与艺术品投资提供新的方式，从而为投资者的资产保值增值打开了一个新的思路和渠道。 | |
