| 中文摘要: | 近年来我国宏观经济持续下滑,实体经济也整体趋于疲软。尤其2015年,国内生产总值增长率首次突破了7%,下滑趋势非常明显,中国经济开始探底,并渐渐进入新常态,这种发展态势要持续很长一段时间。全国各行各业处于深化改革的关键阶段,建筑业也亟需进行产业结构调整、转型升级,固守陈规的企业或者行业只能被历史的洪流所淘汰。建筑业是国民经济发展的支柱产业之一,为国民经济发展做出了巨大贡献。即使近几年国际国内经济环境复杂多变,建筑业仍然顶住各方压力,稳定发展,每年对国家经济增长的贡献率均在6%以上。尤其2015年,面对国内经济下行压力加大、投资增长乏力、实体经济疲软的复杂局面,建筑业依然保持了比较平稳的发展态势。但建筑业仍存在许多不足,主要表现为:建筑企业员工整体素质偏低,技术创新相对滞后,融资能力普遍偏弱,综合管理水平亟需加强,大型企业综合能力不强,在国际竞争中处于弱势;中小型企业不精不专、协调合作能力不高、效率低下。因此,建筑业应当以科学发展观为指导,攻坚克难,向着建筑工业绿色化、智能化、信息化、工业化发展,走可持续发展之路。中建一局(集团)华北建设有限公司(以下简称华北公司)成立于2009年7月27日,经过7年的发展,发展成为中型企业,并且在京津冀站稳脚跟。华北公司在不断发展壮大的过程中,汲取并积累了许多宝贵的经验。本文对我国建筑行业的宏观环境和行业环境进行了详细分析,运用战略管理理论为华北公司设计了企业发展战略,并提出了保障发展战略实施的措施。本文首先进行了理论综述,阐述了理论工具和战略理论发展;其次对我国建筑行业的宏观环境和行业环境进行了详细分析;然后介绍了中建一局华北公司具体情况,并利用战略群组分析工具确定了华北公司在中国市场的地位,随后使用价值链和SWOT分析方法,对华北公司现状进行详细分析,针对分析结果,为华北公司设计了企业发展战略及战略实施的保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, China's macroeconomic continued to decline. The real?economy tends to weaken as a whole. Especially in 2015, GDP growth rate fell below 7% for the first time, indicating distinctly obvious downward trend. China's economy began to hit the bottom, and gradually into the New Normal. This development trend will continue for a long time. All walks of life in the country is in the key stage of deepening reform. The construction industry is also in urgent need of industrial restructuring, transformation and upgrading. The enterprise or industry that sticks to stereotypes can only be eliminated by the torrent of history. The construction industry, which has made great contribution to the development of national economy, is one of the pillar industries of national economic development. In recent years, though the international and domestic economic environment is complex and changeable, the construction industry still resist the pressure of all parties, keeping stable development. The annual contribution to the national economic growth rate is more than 6%. Particularly in 2015, in the face of the domestic economic downward pressure, weak investment growth, weak real economy and complex situation, the construction industry has maintained a relatively stable development trend. However, there are still many shortcomings in the construction industry, mainly as follows: the overall quality of the construction staff is low. The technological innovation is lagging behind. The financing ability is generally weak. The comprehensive management level needs to be strengthened. The comprehensive ability of large-scale enterprise is not strong, which leading to weakness in the international competition. The small and medium enterprises are not highly refined, coordination and cooperation, inefficient. Therefore, the construction industry should be guided by the Scientific outlook on development, tackling difficulties. And the road of sustainable development should be taken, leading the construction industry toward green, intelligent, information technology, industrial. China Construction First Goup,Construction & NORTH Co, Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as CSCEC1B-HB), was established on July 27, 2009. After seven years of development, it develops into a medium-sized enterprise, gained a firm foothold in Beijing and Tianjin. In continuous growth and development, CSCEC1B-HB accumulates a lot of valuable experience through learning. In this paper, the macro environment and industry environment of China's construction industry are analyzed in detail. The strategic management theory is used to design the enterprise development strategy for CSCEC1B-HB. The measures to guarantee the implementation of the development strategy are also put forward . This paper first summarizes a theory review, elaborating the theoretical tools and the development of strategic theory. Secondly, the macro environment and the industry environment of our construction industry are analyzed in detail. And then the details of the construction of CSCEC1B-HB are introduced. strategic group analysis tools are used to determine the position of CSCEC1B-HB in the Chinese market. Then the value chain and SWOT analysis method were used to analyze the current situation of CSCEC1B-HB. In view of the analysis results, the enterprise development strategy and the strategy of safeguard measures of the implementation are designed. | |
