| 中文摘要: | 随着国企改革改制发展的深入推进,职工受各种观念影响的渠道明显增多,程度明显加深,思想活动的独立性、选择性、多变性、差异性明显增强,由此产生的冲撞与磨擦,与其说是经营体制的变化带来的,不如说是不同文化层次的反应带来的。因此,整合和创新企业职工文化建设是构建企业和谐劳动关系的基础和前提。文章首先从职工文化的内涵与外延入手,理清职工文化与企业文化的关系,进而从职工文化对于社会、企业和劳动者所发挥的作用角度阐明职工文化建设的重要意义。继而以天津高速公路集团有限公司为例,分析了行业职工队伍的现状及存在的问题,并从人才培养工程、劳动竞赛活动、高速窗口服务举措、职工“暖心工程”等多个方面阐述了高速集团在职工文化建设领域的举措和成效,论述和说明了职工文化建设在企业中发挥的凝聚、互动及延伸作用。在此基础上,进一步分析了企业职工文化建设仍存有的问题。文章末尾分析研究了职工文化建设未来的发展对策,得到了研究的结论,并对研究的不足之处进行了说明,也指出了职工文化建设未来的研究方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the deepening of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises,the influence on employees of the channel increased significantly and of the degree deepened. The independence, selectivity, variability and diversity of ideological activities are obviously enhanced. Collision and friction which Produced, it is not so much the change of the operating system, rather than the response of different cultural levels. Therefore, the integration and innovation of enterprise culture construction is the basis and prerequisite for the construction of harmonious labor relations. This article starts with the connotation and extension of the staff culture, clarify the relationship between employee culture and enterprise culture, and then clarify the significance of the cultural construction of staff and workers from the angle of the function of the staff and workers culture to the society, the enterprise and the laborer. Taking Tianjin Expressway Group Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the staff and workers in the industry, and then expounds the measures and effects of expressway group in the field of the cultural construction of the staff and employees from several aspects, such as the personnel training project, the labor competition, the high speed window service measure, and the staff "warm heart project". And thenthis paper discusses and illustrates the cohesion, interaction and extension of the cultural construction of staff and employees in enterprises. On this basis, this paper further analyzes the problems existing in the construction of enterprise staff culture. At the end of the article, analyzes the future development strategy of the cultural construction of the staff and employees, gets the conclusion of the study, and points out the inadequacies of the study, and the future research direction of the staff culture construction. | |
