中文摘要:近年来,随着中国汽车产业的迅猛发展,我国汽车备件市场也得到了快速扩张,愈发受到汽车厂商、4S店以及消费者的重视,市场竞争愈发激烈。随着中国市场车辆保有量的逐年增加,汽车厂商掌握的备件需求数据日益丰富,为了提高汽车备件供应率,减少备件在库成本,保持库存的合理性,如何对汽车备件的市场需求进行准确预测,就显得十分必要了。本文结合F公司汽车备件中心现有的备件需求数据,针对库存管理中出现的问题,对影响汽车备件市场需求的因素进行逐一说明,并且针对每种因素,提出相对应的库存控制策略。首先分析了国内外库存管理研究和实践,介绍了需求预测的理论,以及实践中库存控制常用方法。其次对F公司及其汽车备件中心的管理现状进行了说明,提出了F公司汽车备件所遇到的问题,比如在库过高、死库存比例偏大、库存结构不合理等。在此基础上,对汽车备件的市场需求进行了分类,根据需求产生的时间可控性和数量可控性,将汽车备件的市场需求分为确定性市场需求和非确定性市场需求两种。确定性市场需求的影响因素包括整车生命周期、售后服务促销活动、车辆市场召回活动,非确定性市场需求包季节变化因素、售后维修方案偏好、4S店的外采和外销行为。以F公司的一手市场需求数据为例,结合不同种类备件的特点,对每种市场需求影响因素进行了详细分析和对比,并分别从时机、数量、考虑方法等角度给出相应的库存控制对策。 
英文摘要:In recent years, with the increasing development of China's automobile industry, auto spare parts market in China has been rapidly expanding. Auto spare parts have got more attention from auto makers, 4S shops and the consumers. China’s vehicle ownership increases year by year. As a result, auto makers have achieved larger amount of spare parts demand data than before. In order to enhance the automobile spare parts suppliability, to reduce the inventory cost, and to keep the rationality of the stock, how to predict the future market demand of auto spare parts accurately is very necessary. Based on the existing spare parts demand data in auto spare parts center of F Company, this paper aims at to solve the problems in inventory management, by analyzing the effect factors on market demand one by one, and putting forward the corresponding inventory control strategy for each factors. Firstly, this paper analyzes the inventory management research and practice in domestic and abroad, and introduces the theory of demand predicting, and inventory control methods and practice. Secondly, it presents the management status of F Company with its automobile spare parts center, by putting forward the problems, such as much high inventory, a large proportion of dead stock, and unreasonable inventory structure, etc. On this basis, the market demand for auto spare parts is classified. According to the demand on time control and quantity control, auto spare parts market demand can be divided into certain demand and uncertain demand. The effect factors in certain demand includes the vehicle life cycle, after-sales service promotion campaign, and vehicle market recall activities. The effect factors in uncertain demand are seasonal variation, after-sales maintenance schemes preference, 4S shops procuring or selling outside behavior. F Company’s market demand data as an example, combining the features of different kinds of spare parts demand, this paper analyzes in detail and contrasts for each market demand effect factors, and provides corresponding inventory control countermeasures, respectively from the aspects of timing, quantity, and the manner as consideration.
