| 中文摘要: | 伴随经济的快速发展,要求企业治理模式与时俱进,越来越多的中小企业导入了现代的企业管理模式。新的管理模式要求团队的思路、心态、能力都要适应公司的发展,那么适合公司实际又有理论依据的各种内容、各种形式的企业培训如雨后春笋般地出现了,从员工心态、技能到企业中高层管理、财务等等,让员工在培训中能够得到更快的提升,增强企业的人才实力。对培训效果的评估并不是仅仅为了给培训讲师做评价、对某次课程做个评估就结束了。从某种意义上讲,实施各种培训效果评估更为重要的目的是找出企业培训未达到培训预期效果的问题所在,进而制定相应的改善措施,并在之后的培训中落实改善措施,更进一步的达到预期效果。本文开始对研究内容的相关文献进行了研究,对较为重要的模型及方法进行总结,根据总结的内容做理论支撑;然后以Y公司为实际案例进行研究,以访谈的方式了解了Y公司的概况及培训现状,重点剖析了Y公司培训效果未达到培训预期的原因,并列出主要问题之所在;接下来阐述相应的措施进行培训效果评估体系的重构;最后为了保障评估体系的有效运行还从文化、组织、制度、激励等方面提出了保障措施。企业培训分为培训需求分析、培训计划制定、培训项目实施及培训评估,其中培训评估是检验培训是否达成既定目标的重要环节,并能够为企业后续制定人才发展计划、企业年度培训培养计划、员工考核等相关内容提供科学的、有效的参考依据。本文通过以Y公司的培训效果评估研究为案例,为中小企业设计培训效果评估提供重要的参考依据,为今后企业培训的实施和效果实现提供实践指导。 | |
