| 中文摘要: | 自20世纪80年代以来,中国快递业发展迅速,近年来呈井喷式增长,已成为国有、民营、外资等三类快递市场主体的充分竞争,被称为“黑马经济”。 同时,企业在物流运作过程中逐渐引入了信息管理,使其成为企业转型的催化剂,是提高企业竞争力的有力保证。资料显示,2006到2015年间,我国的快递业务年复合增长超过30%,从10亿件增长到206.7亿件,增长了20倍,这其中很大部分和快递系统管理信息化有关。快递管理软件的产品市场容量迅速扩张,竞争也愈加激烈。这对于致力于开发快递管理信息系统的公司来说,既是前所未有的机遇,也面临严峻的挑战。如何在这样的竞争中取得优势,企业要有针对性的制定适合的战略,抢占市场。 在阐述了嘉创时代科技有限公司的内外部环境后,本文对该公司进行了SWOT分析。在分析的基础上,根据公司的地位和市场环境,提出了竞争战略在公司成立之初及成长期的产品定位策略的分析,并对公司产品的市场竞争战略的实施。 本文首先回顾了相关的竞争战略理论,基于“五力模型”和SWOT分析理论作为战略研究的理论支撑,简单阐述了研究思路和框架。然后基于五力模型进行嘉创时代科技有限公司快递信息化管理软件市场竞争结构分析,运用SWOT分析理论对于该公司优势劣势进行分析。进而根据该公司的具体情况提出了快递管理信息系统市场竞争策略,最后阐述竞争策略的实施保障,得出结论。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the 1980s, Chinese express delivery industry has developed rapidly, which also presents the blowout growth in recent years and has been hailed as a "dark horse" economy. The competitive market consists of state-owned, private and foreign capital and other three kinds of express delivery enterprises. At the same time, the information management has gradually gone deep into logistics process, and become the catalysts in the transformation of enterprises and key factors of enhancing the industry competitiveness. Data show that between 2006 and 2015, China's express delivery business compound growth of more than 30% year on year, from the growth of the number of the 1 billion to 20 billion 670 million, an increase of 20 times,The express management software products market capacity is rapidly expanding, and the competition is increasingly fierce. This is not only unprecedented opportunity, but also serious challenge for the companies developing express delivery management information system. To get advantage in competition, these enterprises should formulate suitable strategy to seize the market share. After expounding the internal and external environment of Tianjin Pioneer Times technology co., LTD, this paper conducted the SWOT analysis to the company. On the basis of the analysis, according to the current situation of the company and the market environment, the product competitive strategy of early establishment period and product positioning strategy analysis of growth period was proposed, and the implementing guarantee of market competition strategy for our company products was given. Firstly, the relevant theory of competitive strategy was reviewed, based on the theory of "the five-force model” and SWOT analysis as the theoretical support of strategic research, and the research idea and framework was simply elaborated. After that, the competition structure of express information management software market was analyzed based on the five-force model. And then the advantages and disadvantages of Tianjin Pioneer Times technology co., LTD were analyzed by utilizing SWOT analysis theory. Furthermore, the market competition strategy of express delivery information management system was proposed according to the company's particular case. Finally, the implementing guarantee of market competition strategy for our company products was expounded, and then the conclusion was drawn. | |
