中文摘要:近年来,中国工业生产总值快速增长,自2009年起仅次于美国居世界第二位。中国制造渐渐融入到全球国际分工体系中,并且所处地位变得越来越重要。但在参与国际分工的过程中,因劳动力价格优势,导致主要集中在低附加值的产业上。随中国廉价劳动力的比较优势的丧失,一部分制造企业选择将生产基地向其它发展中国家转移。另外,中国的劳动生产率水平在2015年仅为世界平均水平的40%,如何提高劳动生产率以便在激烈的市场竞争中保持优势地位也成为我国制造企业的重要课题。 本文通过对劳动生产率相关理论的回顾并结合B公司生产运营的实际情况,对B公司提高劳动生产率的策略进行了分析和总结,将提升劳动生产率的策略按技术管理策略和人员管理策略分别进行阐述。其中采用技术创新提高劳动生产率一般来说需要的投资较大且对企业的研发能力要求相对较高,但对生产率的改善效果最为明显,同时也需要考虑平衡投资与回报的收益,往往更适合于突破性的生产率改进和优化。在使用工业工程法改进劳动生产率时工作量模型的建立和推广是相对实施难度较低且能够帮助企业短时间内快速改善生产率结果并能够保持相对的稳定,这种方法对资源占用较少,对生产布局可以调整的企业尤其是首选方法。采用先进管理体系的导入和贯彻改善劳动生产率对人员综合能力要求较高,相对不易取得成功但对提高人员能力并改善企业的持久竞争力具有良好的促进作用。如何选择劳动生产率的改善方法应考虑结合企业资源情况和需求对重点区域分析并选择合适的改进方法组合。  
英文摘要:In recent years, China’s industrial output has grown rapidly since 2009, after the United States ranks second in the world. China’s manufacturing gradually integrate into the global international division system, and the position has become increasingly important. However, in the process of participating in the international division, due to labor price advantage, which has been led to mainly concentrated in the low value-added industries. With the loss of comparative advantage of cheap labor in China, some manufacturing companies have chosen to transfer production bases to other developing countries. In addition, China’s labor productivity level in 2015 is only 40% of the world average, how to improve labor productivity in order to maintain the dominant position in the fierce market competition has become an important issue of China’s manufacturing enterprises. Based on the review of the theory of labor productivity and the actual situation of B Company’s production and operation, this thesis analyzes and summarizes the strategy of improving labor productivity of Company B, and explains the strategy of improving labor productivity according to technology and personnel management strategy. The use of technological innovation to improve labor productivity in general, the need for greater investment and the company’s R&D capability is relatively high, but also need to consider the balance of investment and return income, often more suitable for breakthrough productivity improvement and optimization. The establishment and promotion of the workload model when using the industrial engineering method to improve labor productivity is relatively easy to implement and can help enterprises to improve productivity results in a short time and to maintain relatively stability. This approach takes less resources and fit for the companies whose production layouts can be adjusted in particular. The introduction of advanced management system to improve labor productivity have high requirements on the comprehensive ability of personnel, which is relatively difficult to achieve success, but it has a good effect on improving personnel ability and improving the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises. How to choose the improvement method of labor productivity should consider combining the enterprise resource situation and demand to analyze the key area and choose the appropriate combination of improvement methods.
