| 中文摘要: | 国际化战略在全球大型跨国石油公司已经实践多年,是成为一流企业的必由之路,在全球化的过程中,企业的境外分支机构管理模式、市场策略、海外运行机制及人力资源管理模式都要经历一个深刻变革的整合过程。 目前石油石化行业依然处在深度调整期,在中国石油管道局 “国际化、高端化、特色化、差异化”的发展战略的引领下,天津设计院提出了坚定走国际化发展的方针并依托管道局中东公司成立了中东分支机构。近年来,国际业务的比重逐年上升,在“十二五”末,国内与国际业务的比例已经各占半壁江山。目前国际业务已辐射至中东、东南亚等相关国家地区。 本文运用了文献调研、访谈、问卷调查、分析推理等研究方法。在查阅大量管理理论文献及相关资料的基础上,运用了国际化、国际市场营销、组织结构及集团管控等理论,从分支机构的管理特点入手,对天津设计院中东分支机构目前管理策略的现状及存在问题进行分析。在此基础上,从分支机构的选址、组织结构、市场营销、绩效考核及财务管理等方面提出改进。最后结合企业自身情况,从组织、资源及管理三方面提出相应的保障措施,从而使其利用自身优势使抓住市场机会,更具有竞争优势。 通过对中东分支机构的探索和实践,建立一套符合本企业自身情况的境外分支机构的管理运行模式,为其日后建立非洲、东南亚等地的分支机构奠定基础,提供经验。实现由“走出去”向“走得好”到“留得下”转变。图5幅,表8个,参考文献32篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The internationalization strategy has been practiced for many years in the large international multinational oil company, which is the only way to become a first-class enterprise.in the process of globalization, the mode of enterprise management, overseas market strategy, operation management and the human resource management of overseas branches will go through a profound integration process. At present, petroleum and petrochemical industry is still in the deep adjustment period. Under the leading of the development strategy of “international, advanced, characterized, differentiation of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau(CPP). Relying on the CPP, Tianjin Design Institute put forward a firm policy of the development of internationalization and set up a Middle East branch. In recent years, the proportion of international business has increased year by year, at the end of 12th Five-Year, the domestic business and international business is half and half. International business has been involved in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. This paper is using of literature research, interviews, questionnaires, analytical reasoning and other research methods. On the basis of referring a large number of management theories and relevant data, the writer used internationalization, international marketing, organizational structure and group control theory, starting from the characteristics of Management Branch, and analyzed the present situation and the existing problems of the Middle East Branch. On that basis, this paper put forward the improvement of the location, organization structure, marketing, performance evaluation and financial management. Finally, combined with the enterprise's own situation, the writer suggested three aspects of the measure of safeguard such as organization, resources and management, so that the Middle East Branch can use of its own advantages to seize the market opportunities and become more competitive. Through the exploration and practice of the Middle East Branch, established a set of the management mode of overseas branches in accordance with the conditions of itself, which laid the foundation and provide experiences of establishing branches in Africa, Southeast Asia and other places someday. Tianjin Design Institute will achieve the goal of "going out", "going well" and "staying down". | |
