中文摘要:近年来,越来越多的无人机已广泛应用于各种行业,包括空中航拍、地图测绘、公安侦查、物流快递、森林消防等领域。无人机技术可以应用在管道勘察设计、施工建设及生产运行的各个阶段,具有速度快、效率高、信息反馈及时等特点。将无人机技术应用到热力管道巡检,补充了供热行业传统的人工巡检方式。通过云台摄像机获取的实时影像资料,能够快速准确检测管道附近的现场情况及地面温度,从而提高热力管道的巡视及维修工作效率。然而,就像事物发展的客观规律一样,无人机技术也会从新生事物逐步走向成熟,风险管控工作到位,则能为企业带来经济效益,否则也会带来巨大安全隐患。因此利用成熟的管理理论对无人机热力巡线项目进行全面风险管理研究具有十分重要的战略意义和现实意义。本论文在第二章,先进行了理论回顾,将风险、风险管理理论、项目管理、项目管理理论和无人机风险管理的步骤进行了科学的研究,接着对热电公司实施的无人机巡线项目情况进行了简要的介绍,并对该项目的独特性进行列举。在独特性的基础上综合应用文献分析法和德尔菲法对该项目进行风险识别,给出了项目风险识别清单;随后按照项目风险发生概率标准、风险发生后损失程度标准对项目进行风险分析与度量,得出风险因素归类排序;然后按照热电公司实施无人机巡线项目的特殊情况制定了不同的风险应对策略与措施,最后对风险监控的程序和实施过程进行了简要描述。 
英文摘要:In recent years, more and more unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) have been widely used in various industries, including aerial photography, map mapping, public security investigation, logistics, forest fire and other fields. UAV technology can be used in pipeline survey and design, construction and production operations at all stages, with fast, high efficiency, timely feedback and other characteristics. UAV technology will be applied to the thermal pipeline inspection, supplemented the traditional manual heating industry inspection methods. Real-time image data obtained by PTZ cameras can quickly and accurately detect the site situation and the ground temperature near the pipeline, so as to improve the inspection and maintenance efficiency of the thermal pipe. However, as the objective law of the development of things, UAV technology from the new things gradually mature, risk control work in place, can bring economic benefits for the enterprise, otherwise it will bring huge security risks. Therefore, it is of great strategic and practical significance to study the comprehensive risk management of UAV thermal inspection project by using mature management theory. In the second chapter of this thesis, we have carried out a theoretical review, the risk, risk management theory, project management, project management theory and UAV risk management of the steps of the scientific research, and then the implementation of the thermoelectric company UAV tour Line project is briefly introduced, and the uniqueness of the project is listed. On the basis of uniqueness, the paper uses the literature analysis method and the Delphi method to carry out risk identification of the project, and gives the list of project risk identification. Then, the risk analysis of the project is carried out according to the project risk probability criterion and the risk degree after the risk.And then set out the different risk coping strategies and measures according to the special situation of the UAV inspection project according to the thermoelectricity company. Finally, the procedure and the implementation process of the risk monitoring are briefly described.
