中文摘要:当前,我们国家经济飞速发展,拥有绝对影响作用的产业非建筑企业莫属,建筑企业对于我们国家的建设和发展起到了不可忽视的作用,建筑业已成为中国经济的支柱产业。但建筑企业管理的现状并不是很好。我们国家的建筑企业进行经营的体系和管理制度,还有组织结构以及管理的水平都没有朝着市场经济的发展方向进行转型,现代建筑企业与一般的工业企业有一些差距。比如其生产的场地经常会变更,并且生产的时间比较久长,合作关系相对复杂。上述情况使得施工企业在对施工项目和队伍进行管理的时候有着自身的独特性。 本文主要从多个方面去对企业管理进行了探讨。使用一些先进的管理思想,结合实践经验,提出了一些自己的观点。在经营战略方面,目前国有大型建筑企业普遍存在片面追求营业额的提升,盲目的市场开发,业务品类的跟风经营等问题。本文通过对行业态势以及企业自身情况的分析,针对国有建筑企业提出了巩固强势产品,开发具有市场潜力以及符合自身生产能力的产品,逐步淘汰夕阳产品的经营战略。 在组织结构优化中,施工企业管理和管理围绕施工项目进行,组织施工组织必须为项目施工服务,现有施工企业组织结构过于庞大,同时效率也很低,本文主要是对建设企业组织结构中存在的问题去进行分析和优化策略,优化后的企业组织结构更加符合现代管理理念,有利于责任链条的打通,从而提高建筑企业的管理、经营、生产效率。良好的组织结构需要有相称的人力资源来填充,本文根据重新定位后的经营战略以及优化后的组织结构针对性的开展人力资源规划,提出控制人力资源规模,明确岗位职责调整奖惩机制,通过内部培养以及外部招募高端专业人才的方式来优化人力资源结构等内容。  
英文摘要:At present, the rapid development of our country's economy, the construction industry has played an important role, the construction industry has become a pillar industry of China's economy. However, the status of enterprise management in large construction enterprises is not very good. The operating system and management system of construction enterprises in our country, and the organizational structure and management level are not complete transformation of the directions of development of market economy, there are some gaps and modern industrial enterprises. The construction enterprise production site will often change, and long production time, cooperative relationship is relatively complex. The above situation makes the construction enterprises in the construction project and team management has its own unique. This paper mainly discusses the enterprise management from several aspects. Using some advanced management ideas, combined with practical experience, put forward some of their own point of view. In terms of business strategy, there is a large number of state-owned enterprises in the construction of one-sided pursuit of the promotion of turnover, blind market development, business categories, such as the operation of the trend. In this paper, through the analysis of the industry and the enterprise's own situation, the state-owned construction enterprises put forward to consolidate a strong product development, market potential and production capacity in line with their own products, the phasing out of sunset product management strategy. In the optimization of organization structure, construction enterprise management and management on construction project, construction organization must be project construction services, the existing construction enterprise organization structure is too large, but the efficiency is very low, this paper is mainly about the construction of the organizational structure of the enterprise in question to carry on the analysis and optimization strategy, organizational structure optimization the more in line with the modern management idea, have to get through the chain of responsibility, so as to improve the management of construction enterprise, management and production efficiency. Good organizational structure needs to be commensurate with the human resources to fill, according to the re positioning of the business strategy and the optimization of the organizational structure to carry out human resources planning, put forward to control the scale of human resources, clear responsibilities to adjust the incentive mechanism, through internal training and external recruitment of high-end professionals to optimize human resources structure etc..
