中文摘要: | 丙烯是最重要的烯烃原料,是天津渤海化工集团公司实现海洋化工、石油化工、煤化工紧密结合发展的重要原料之一;其最大的下游产品是聚丙烯,占全球丙烯消费量的58%左右。由于石油化工项目具有原料、中间体及产品大多数具有易燃易爆性质、装置存在高温、高压、低温、负压等物理风险,且投资规模大、工艺复杂、建设周期长,其项目伴随的风险因素较多,加强石油化工项目风险管理显得尤为重要。本论文以渤化石化联合装置项目为例进行了联合装置项目风险管理研究。项目风险管理是由管理者和专业人员对项目进行分析与评估,找出项目在执行过程中可能会出现的问题,所以要提前策划应对策略与措施,确保项目的正常执行。经过几十年的积累沉淀,有关项目风险管理的应用研究在项目管理中已经建立了完整的体系。本文首先通过阅读项目管理和项目风险管理相关的大量文献资料,对其相关理论整理并进行综述,介绍了项目风险管理的工作流程,并分析了国内外项目风险管理的研究进展;其次,介绍了天津渤化石化有限公司背景,特别指出在天津“8.12”大爆炸后对联合装置项目的影响,并对渤化石化联合装置项目的独特性进行分析;再次,对渤化石化联合装置项目进行了风险识别分析,并分别对联合装置项目的立项阶段、实施阶段和试生产阶段存在的风险进行详细分析,同时对渤化石化联合装置项目存在的风险因素采用专家决策法进行了风险度量分析,得出项目风险度量分析结果;最后,依据项目风险识别分析的结果制定了相应地项目风险应对措施,从而完成对渤化石化联合装置项目风险管理研究工作。 | |
英文摘要: | Propylene is one of the most important hydrocarbon raw material, and it is one of the important raw materials that Tianjin Bohua chemical industry group company is closely integrated development with marine chemical industry, petrochemical industry and coal chemical industry. Polypropylene is its biggest downstream products, and the global propylene consumption accounted for about 58%. Because the petrochemical projects are investment in large scale, complex process and long of construction cycle etc. It is particularly important to strengthen the risk management of petrochemical projects. In this paper, we made a risk management research about joint project of Bohua Petrochemical. The risk management of the project is the project analysis and evaluation by managers and professionals, to find out the problems which may appear in the implementation process of the project, so the planning strategies and measures in advance, to ensure the normal execution of the project. After decades of accumulation and precipitation, the application of project risk management has been established in the project management system. First of all, we have read lots of literature about project management and project risk management, introduced the working process of the project risk management, and analyzed the domestic and foreign research progress of project risk management. Secondly, this paper have introduced the backgrounds of Tianjin Bohua Petrochemical co., LTD.. In particular, it is pointed out that the impact of the "8.12" big bang in Tianjin on the joint equipment project. And analyzed the uniqueness of Bohua Petrochemical joint project. Thirdly, we have analyzed the risk identification about Bohua Petrochemical. We have analyzed respectively in detail on the project approval stage, implementation stage and the trial production stage.At the same time we carried on the analysis of risk measurement. Finally, according to the results of project risk identification and measurement analysis, we have formulated the project risk measures. So we completed the risk management research about Bohua Petrochemical joint project. | |
