中文摘要:当今世界生态环境日益恶化,交通工具的排放是主要原因之一,以清洁能源逐步替代传统能源作为交通工具的动力势在必行。在清洁能源中,锂离子电池因大功率密度,不会形成记忆效应,自放电电量小以及循环寿命较长等特点,具有不可替代的地位。我国锂离子电池产业发展迅速,目前已成为全球三大生产地之一。但是,在锂离子动力电池新建项目的风险管理方面,我国同发达国家之间尚有不小的差距,因此对这一问题的研究具有重要的现实意义。本文在对相关文献进行回顾的基础上,以项目投资风险控制理论为指导,采用规范分析和案例研究相结合的方法,对锂离子动力电池项目的投资风险管理问题进行了系统研究。首先,对我国锂离子动力电池新建项目投资风险进行分析,讨论了这种项目的特点、投资常见的风险、项目风险识别与度量、项目风险应对与监控。然后,以L公司为例,对锂离子动力电池新建项目投资控制进行了具体研究,提出应先科学识别投资项目的关键影响因素,包括技术因素风险、市场风险和政策风险,再采用适当的方法对各风险影响因素进行定性和定量相结合的评价。认为锂离子动力电池新建项目风险管理中的主要问题有市场、工艺技术、设备及自动化、投资及融资、人才等方面,并指出该项目的主要风险就是投融资风险。最后,针对项目主要风险和风险管理中存在的问题,提出了完善的管理建议与解决方案。本文对锂离子动力电池项目的投资风险管理问题的研究,对于本行业的项目投资风险控制,乃至各类新能源项目投资风险控制,具有一定的借鉴意义。同时,对于政府了解锂离子动力电池行业动态和企业需求,制定扶持政策也能提供相应的依据。 
英文摘要:Nowadays, the environmental degradation is becoming increasingly worse. One of the main reasons is the emission of transport so it is imperative that clean energies should replace traditional energies to power the vehicles. Among clean energies, the lithium ion battery is irreplaceable due to its characteristics like high power density, non-memory effect, low self-discharge, long cycle life and so on. In China, the lithium ion battery industry develops rapidly and has become one of the world's three largest provenances. However, there is still a large gap between China and developed countries in terms of the risk management of the new project of lithium-ion battery, so the research on this issue is of important practical significance. Based on the review of relevant literature, guided by the theory of risk control of the project investment, the thesis adopts the method of combining normative analysis and case study, and carries out a systematic research on the issue of the investment risk management of the lithium-ion battery project. First of all, it carries out the analysis on the investment risk of the new project of China's lithium ion battery and discusses the characteristics of this project, the common risks of investment, the identification and measurement of project risk as well as the response and monitoring of project risk. Then, it takes the LS Company as an example. It carries out specific studies on the investment control of the lithium ion battery and proposes that the key factors of the investment project shall be scientifically identified, including the technical factor of risk, market risk and policy risk. And pointed out that the project's main risk is investment and financing risk. Finally, in view of the main risk and risk management of the project, we put forward the perfect management suggestion and solution. The thesis researches on the issue of investment risk management of the lithium ion battery project, which is of great significance for the risk control of the project investment of the lithium ion battery and even all kinds of new energies in this industry. At the same time, it also provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the government to understand the trends and the enterprises' demands for the lithium ion battery industry and to formula supportive policies.
