中文摘要:在如今全球经济一体化格局之下,市场竞争已从企业间扩展到了供应链间。因此,对企业、供应商和客户之间的合作形成的供应链不断优化、升级,同时不断提升企业自身核心竞争力,才能在日趋激烈的竞争环境下推进企业发展,赢得市场。作为供应链管理的重要的构成——供应商管理和采购管理,对这两方面的管理水平不断进行提升和优化,无论是对于增加企业的竞争优势还是提高其所在供应链中的竞争力都意义非凡。 本文以A公司为研究对象,通过分析A公司在供应商管理及采购管理两方面的现状,发现其中问题之所在,并分别就这两方面的管理问题提出优化方案进行改善。其中供应商管理方面,从供应商关系、供应商评估两个方面开展研究分析及优化,使企业能够高效利用外部资源和环境,为企业创造更高价值;在采购管理方面,从采购流程、采购风险两个方面进行分析,优化A企业的采购流程,改善不合理的环节,并对采购管理中的风险因素进行识别、评估、防范和监控,优化采购体系,提高企业风险防御能力。 对A公司采购及供应商管理的优化,包括对供应商重新分类,并据此差异化管理供应商关系,与重要供应商建立战略及互信关系,同时,根据供应商类别,建立差异化供应商评估体系,优化反馈机制;并且优化物料分类方式,改善采购流程,建立采购风险管理机制,通过系统化的改善,持续提高A公司在供应链环境下的竞争力。 在我国,塑料行业企业竞争激烈,规模普遍处于中小型化、行业标准落后、产品品质不佳的状态。本文以A公司这样一个塑料行业全球技术领先企业为研究对象,希望从外资企业供应链管理方面,尤其是采购和供应商管理方面,能够为同行企业提供一些参考。  
英文摘要:In today's global economic integration pattern, the market competition has expanded from the enterprises to the supply chains. Therefore, by optimizing and upgrading the supply chain which formed by cooperation between enterprises, suppliers and customers, and continuously enhancing their own core competitiveness at the same time could help enterprises compete in an increasingly competitive environment to promote enterprise development and win the market. As two important components of supply chain management - supplier management and procurement management, it is profoundly significant to upgrade and optimize those two aspects of management not only for increasing the competitive advantage of enterprises but for improving their competitiveness in the supply chain as well. Company A is the research object in this thesis. The issues and problems are identified by analyzing the status quo in the supplier management and procurement management in Company A, and the optimization proposal is put forward per the problems of these two aspects. In supplier management, study and analysis and optimization are conducted in supplier relationship & supplier evaluation, so that enterprise could make full use of external resources and environment effectively to create more value; in procurement management, by analyzing in procurement process & procurement risk, optimizing the procurement procedure of Company A, improving unreasonable links, and by identifying, evaluating, preventing, monitoring & control the risk factors in procurement management, optimizing the procurement system, which help improve the enterprise anti-risk ability. Optimization of the procurement and supplier management of Company A includes re-classifying suppliers and managing supplier relationships differentially, establishing strategic and mutual trust relationships with key suppliers, building supplier evaluation system respectively per supplier categories, optimizing the feedback mechanism, and optimizing the material classification, improving the procurement procedure, creating procurement risk management mechanism, with aiming at continuously improving the competitiveness of Company A in supply chain environment. In China, the plastics industry enterprises are in highly competitive, the scales are generally in the small and medium-sized with industrial standards fallen behind and poor quality. In this thesis, Company A is studied as technological leader globally in the plastic industry, with the hope of offering reference in multinational supply chain management especially in procurement & supplier management for peer enterprises.
