中文摘要：	全球化经济趋势越来越显著，国内企业面临的竞争也越来越激烈，需要企业能开辟新的经营思路，寻求新的利润增长点。响应国家走出去和一带一路的发展战略，海外市场成为企业生存和发展的新领域，并越来越受到各大中型集团、企业的青睐，然而其也存在相当多的风险，为了使企业能够获得预期的收益，在保障项目正常运转的前提下，合理控制项目的总体采购成本无疑是非常关键的。供应链模式立足于一体化战略思维，着眼于全局，系统规划各个环节，已逐渐被应用于项目管理中，尤其面对海外项目的不确定性和风险性，供应链管理相对于传统管理更能突显其优势。采购作为供应链当中非常重要的一个环节，越来越多的企业已经相当重视其供应链的增值的功能。企业对采购活动的各环节的高效管理和不断的改进、完善，可以明显降低供应链的总成本。采购环节是供应链管理的核心环节，它可以集成使供应链中的各个环节，使整个链条同步化，同时增强企业核心竞争力，让企业在市场竞争中如鱼得水。本文重点研究GN集团，对采购管理相关理论、供应链管理相关理论、供应商管理相关理论原理等进行了阐述，在此基础上，通过对类似企业、相关人员、供应商等的访谈、调查、研究，对GN集团海外项目采购管理的现状和面临的问题及原因进行了分析论述，并由此阐述GN集团供应链中采购管理完善方案，涵盖了重构采购组织，优化采购策略，构建与供应商的共同战略伙伴关系等。通过方案实施及效果评价，对GN集团今后建立更加完善的供应链采购管理模式起到积极的推进作用，研究结论对大中型集团、企业基于供应链环境下的海外项目采购管控表现出理论以及实践层面的价值。
英文摘要：	With the acceleration of market competition and economic globalization intensifies, enterprises are facing increasingly complex business environment. Go out and respond to the national development strategy along the way, the overseas market has become a new field of business survival and development, And more and more medium-sized groups, enterprises of all ages, but it also has quite a lot of risk, in order to enable enterprises to obtain the expected benefits, under the protection of the normal operation of the premise of the project, the reasonable control of the overall purchase cost of the project is undoubtedly very critical. Supply chain model based on the integration of strategic thinking, focus on the overall situation, all aspects of system planning, has gradually been applied to project management, especially in the face of overseas projects uncertainty and risk, supply chain management with respect to more traditional management highlight its advantages. As an important part of the supply chain procurement indispensable, it has been more and more enterprises pay attention to the supply chain for added features. Effective management of procurement activities and continuous innovation and improvement not only can reduce supply chain costs, but also in the realization of each activity in the supply chain synchronization, integrated management plays leverage can enhance their core competitiveness, to ensure that enterprises in the fast multipole changing market in a leading position. In this thesis, GN Group for the study, procurement management, supply chain management, supplier management and other related theoretical principles are described, on this basis, by similar enterprises, personnel, suppliers and other interviews, surveys, research, the current situation and problems and the reasons for GN Group's overseas procurement management were analyzed and discussed, and thus an optimization program at GN Group supply chain procurement management, including procurement organizations to rebuild, adjust procurement strategy, build and supply common strategic partnerships provider. Evaluation by the implementation of the program, the GN Group in the future to establish a more comprehensive supply chain procurement management has played a positive role in promoting research findings to medium-sized groups, undertakings has certain theoretical significance of overseas procurement based on supply chain management and control environment and practical reference value.
