中文摘要：	中小企业是中国国民经济的主要组成部分，中小企业的快速健康发展，有助于提升自身经济效益，吸纳就业，推动整个国民经济更好的完成“十三五”规划。但是，目前中小企业的建设运营管理，尤其是信息化，还处在相当低的水平上。因此，用项目范围管理的理念指导中小企业信息化，全面推动中小企业调结构上水平，具有十分重要的意义。 本文在对项目管理理论回顾的基础上，研究了中国中小企业，特别是橡胶制品中小制造型企业的信息化现状。一是介绍橡胶制品中小企业的特点及信息化应用现状，并总结出通向信息化的途径；二是指出中国橡胶制品中小企业信息化存在的主要问题；三是归纳橡胶制品中小企业信息化范围管理与环境因素。其后，对橡胶制品中小企业信息化项目的范围界定及范围管控开展研究。最后就A公司的企业概况、信息化现状、未来规划进行介绍，特别结合橡胶制品中小制造型企业的特质，指出目前一直困扰该公司的几大问题，首先就向该公司引入ERP系统的可行性进行分析，提出A公司ERP系统建设项目的范围，对项目立项、实施等各步骤需要完成的任务加以说明，结合A公司存在的主要问题提出项目推进中的重点问题，为今后开展该项目做好铺垫。 本文研究的目的，在于首先从理论层面探索橡胶制品中小企业信息化工作中的项目范围管理，就项目范围划定、项目实施、项目范围变更等工作进行描述，其次从应用层面为A公司的信息化项目提出初步方案。 本文的创新点在于以项目范围管理的视角分析中小企业信息化工作，将橡胶制品中小制造型企业作为重点研究分析对象，由点及面，为中国橡胶制品中小制造型企业信息化提供借鉴。
英文摘要：	Small and medium-sized enterprise (‘SME’ for short) played an important role in China’s national economy. The fast and healthy development of the SMEs is good for absorb employment, pushing the national economy to achieve the goal of 13th Five-Year Plan and promoting their own economic efficiency. But most of the SMEs’ building and operation management are still in very low level. So it’s quite meaningful to apply the idea of project management in guiding the SME’s informatization and adjusting structure，upgrading levels. On the basis of reviewing project management knowledge, this thesis studied the current situation of the informatization for SME specialized in the fields of rubber products(short as Informatization Subject): First of all, this thesis introduced the characteristic of SME specialized in the fields of rubber products’ producing and running, and summarized the avenue to achieve informatization subject. Second, this thesis pointed out the main issue in the informatization subject. Third, this thesis concluded the project scope management and environmental elements of the informatization subject. Then this thesis made a deeper research on the scope ascertaining of informatization subject, prepared the theoretical countermeasure for the potential scope change in the informatization subject. Finally, this thesis made an induction on the advantages for the SME specialized in the fields of rubber products’ informatization and introduced the case analysis of A company. After that, this thesis introduced A company’s general situation，informatization status，and planning in future, especially in pointing out the issues of A company’s ruuning according to the characteristics of SME specialized in the fields of rubber products. Afterwards this thesis made a feasibility analysis on the ERP introduction to A company, and proposed the scope of ERP program building in A company, made further arrangement for the program, interviewed all the stage of set up and proceeding in the whole process of the program. At last, this thesis issued the comments and considerations in further preparation for the A company’s informatization program combined with the practical situation of A company and the author’s working experience. The purpose of this thesis’s research, was to discover the project scope management of the informatization for SME specialized in the fields of rubber products at first. Meanwhile this thesis represented the program’s scope demarcation, actualization and alteration. Second, this thesis offered some recommendations to the building of ERP system in A company. The innovative point of this thesis was to analysis the SME’s informatization from the view from the perspective of program scope subject management, and took SME specialized in the fields of rubber products as the main subject to analysis. Finally this thesis afforded SMEs lessons that merit attention in informatization from part to whole.
