中文摘要：	现代化社会的一个重要标志就是农业现代化，作为众多农业企业的一份子，养殖企业的重要性和发挥的重要作用越来越被社会各界所认可。养殖企业现代化经历了简单粗放型的初级阶段，现正逐步向信息化、产业化、规模化综合的高级阶段发展变化。建设现代化养殖场项目正是养殖企业的发展要求和目标，也成为了一个企业现代化工作积累到一定程度上的必经之路。同时现代化养殖场与传统饲养场相比较，具有投入资金大、建设时间长、涉及面宽、实施难度高和协调事情多的特点，因此它具有更强的创新性和更大的风险性。又因为有极多的不可预测性因素在实施过程中出现，如果不进行科学的全面的风险管理就会大概率出现结果不符合预定目标的尴尬局面，更为严重的是使这个项目以失败告终甚至会使一个企业由此陷入危机，最终出现从此以后再也振作不起来，甚至就此灭亡的灾难性结果。所以展开全面的风险管理，对于一个企业发展项目具有特别重要的战略意义和实际意义。这是缘于项目风险管理对项目开展的重要性，本文把项目管理模式引入到现代化蛋鸡养殖项目中来，希望能对现代化蛋鸡养殖项目的顺利开展保驾护航。本文章的开始处对风险和风险管理理论、项目管理和项目管理理论、现代化蛋鸡养殖的相关理论进行了一系列的研究；随后对万康集团蛋鸡养殖的发展历程进行了系统阐述，然后对万康集团自身农业现代化的建设过程中实施现代化蛋鸡养殖项目的独特性进行了阐述，并在此基础上综合应用文献分析法对该公司实施现代化蛋鸡养殖项目风险进行了系统分析，列出了项目风险清单；然后依照项目实施的各个阶段的不同性质，对项目风险的类型进行了分类，运用专家法对不同阶段的风险进行了度量，给出了风险管理的先后次序；最后根据万康集团实施现代化蛋鸡养殖项目的实际情况提出了应对不同风险的具体应对措施，以便达成降低风险发生的概率和损失的严重程度的目的，最终保证项目符合预定的目标。
英文摘要：	gricultural modernization is an important sign of modern society. Farming enterprises, as parts of agricultural enterprises, play a important role in the society, which is being recognized by the public. Farming enterprises have gone through the simple and extensive initial stage, and is developing gradually to the advanced stage of informatization, industrialization, scale and integration. Constructing modern breeding farm projects is the development requirement and objective of the farming enterprises, and it has become the only way for the modernization of the enterprises to accumulate to a certain extent. Compared with the traditional feeding farms, modern breeding farms have a long construction period, high difficulty of implementation, they involve widely and need to coordinate many things. Therefore, it is more innovative as while as more risky. There are so many unpredictable factors in the process of implementation, it will probably have a result that doesn’t meet the intended target without scientific and comprehensive risk management. What’s more serious is that the failure of the project which can even cause the enterprise to fall into a crisis, and eventually there will be difficulties or even a catastrophe. Therefore, developing a comprehensive risk management is of strategic importance and practical significance for an enterprise’s project. This thesis introduces the project management mode into the modern layer breeding project, hoping to escort it accomplished successfully. At the beginning of this thesis, risk management theory, project management theory, modern theories related to layers are discussed. Then, the development process and uniqueness of egg layers in Wan Kang Group was systematically expounded. On the basis of these theories and practical experience, the thesis use the method of literature analysis, systematically analyzes and lists the risks of the modern layers breeding projects. Then, the project risks are classified into some types, according to the different nature of each phase of the project implementation. The brainstorming method is used to measure the risk in different stages, and the type order of risk management is given. Finally, it puts forward specific measures for the implementation of the modern layers breeding project of Wankang Group, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the probability of occurrence of risk and the degree of loss, and ultimately ensure that the project will reach the target.
