| 中文摘要: | 津城建公司作为首批施工特级资质企业,拥有承建许多不同结构类型的基础设施项目的施工能力和经验。然而,随着施工项目的增加,津城建公司的施工生产效率并没有因施工经验的增多而提高多少,反而有下降趋势。这一反常现象越来越受到管理人员的关注,对施工项目管理的各种方向性改进也在不断地尝试和推行中。尽管项目进度管理工具的使用,在进度管理中取得了明显效果,但工期延迟现象仍不断发生。近些年,我国住建部要求逐步在施工阶段的推广BIM应用,而BIM技术因其能够提供包含大量真实建筑信息的可视化虚拟建造模型,给了津城建公司应用BIM技术于项目进度管理,以提高施工项目进度管理能力带来契机。本文首先回顾了BIM技术应用和进度管理理论的发展,分析了津城建所承建的施工项目在传统项目管理模式下的进度管理现状,以及BIM应用的现状和效果,进而提出了基于BIM的进度管理模式,该管理模式提出了BIM信息平台的创建,即通过BIM 3D建筑信息模型和施工进度数据的关联,实现4D虚拟建造;分析了基于BIM的进度计划、计划优化、进度监测、进度对比和进度调整的整个进度管理过程;建立了基于BIM的施工项目组织结构,通过施工企业在投标阶段和施工阶段不同操作主体的联系,建立了以项目经理为核心的BIM中心,并对各部门职责进行了设置;确立了基于BIM的工程项目进度管理总流程,对施工进度计划的编制和进度控制子流程进行了阐释。本文通过实施基于BIM的应用模式,提出了实施流程,并对应用BIM于进度管理中的施工项目和传统的施工项目进行对比,得出应用BIM的比较优势、解决的问题,同时提出在项目进度管理中应用BIM存在的问题,从BIM技术人才的培养、基于BIM的施工组织结构优化以及管理机制改善等几个方面,提出了实施基于BIM的工程项目进度管理模式的管理策略。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As one of the first enterprises with premium qualifications of construction, TUCG possesses capacity and experience of building different types of infrastructure projects. However, with the increase of construction projects, the construction efficiency of the Group has not increased as its construction experience is gained, whereas there is a decline. The abnormal phenomenon is increasingly concerned by the managers, and they begin to try and implement a variety of directional improvements in construction project management. Although the application of schedule management techs made a significant progress in schedule management, project schedule delay is still continuously occurring. In recent years, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China has called for the gradual introduction of BIM applications in the construction since it can provide a visual construction model containing a large amount of real building information, which is the moment of Tianjin Urban Construction Group to adopt BIM technology in project schedule management, so as to improve its schedule management capability. Based on the application history of BIM technology and project schedule management, the thesis analyzes the current management condition of TUCG in traditional project management mode and the application condition and effect of BIM technology, and further comes up with the BIM-based schedule management model. The management model proposes the establishment of BIM information platform, that is, through the association of BIM 3D building information modeling and project construction schedule data, building 4D virtual construction. It also analyzes the application of BIM-based schedule planning, plan optimization, schedule monitoring, schedule comparison, and schedule adjustment. Furthermore, it establishes the organizational structure of BIM-based construction project and BIM center with project manager as the core through the connection of different operation subjects in the process of bidding and construction, and sets up the responsibilities of each department. Moreover, it establishes the BIM-based project schedule management, and explains the preparation and sub-process control of the construction schedule. Based on the implementation of BIM-based project implementation, this thesis compares the construction projects with the traditional ones for the comparative advantage of BIM and solutions. At the same time, it puts forward problems of BIM application and management countermeasures of BIM-based project schedule management mode from the aspects of BIM technical personnel training, BIM-based organizational structure optimization and management mechanism improved. | |
