中文摘要:摘 要 随着国家对新能源电动汽车的支持而出台的利好政策,众多企业紧跟政策信号,将大量资金与人力资源以及更多的精力投入到研究镍氢电池行业。在这一背景下,与国内原先的镍氢电池企业形成了剧烈的竞争,但这种竞争并非良性,积极作用更小,因为其上游的能源电动汽车产业发展并未跟上步伐。在这一上下游产业没有有效对接的大背景下,镍氢电池企业发展受到重大冲击。另外,作为新能源电池的锂离子动力电池和燃料电池目前研究正处于如火如荼状态,虽然尚未形成产业化与规模化,但是其发展潜能非常大。这两种新型电池对镍氢电池的市场地位造成巨大冲击,甚至于有取代镍氢电池的可能性。因此,为了在激烈的市场竞争中不被淘汰下去,镍氢电池企业必须做好发展战略管理,制定合理的发展战略规划,以应对市场的不断冲击。 本文通过对YUASA公司镍氢电池产业所处的外部环境和公司内部环境的深入分析,明确了公司面临的机会、威胁以及公司发展的优势和劣势,并据此设定了清晰的战略目标;同时,应用波特的竞争战略理论,制定了差异化的竞争战略;最后,构建了同该战略相匹配的公司价值链。本文旨在通过系统的战略研究过程为YUASA公司镍氢电池产业制定最优的竞争战略并藉此建立竞争优势,构建YUASA公司电池业务竞争战略的价值链构建,以最大化发挥公司的资源作用,增强YUASA公司的核心竞争力,占据更多的市场份额,提升整体的经营业绩,扭转企业亏损状况,让企业的发展方向更加健康。  
英文摘要:Abstract With the country's new energy electric vehicle support and the introduction of favorable policies, many companies keep up with the policy signal, will be a lot of money and human resources and more energy into the study of nickel metal hydride battery industry. In this context, the formation of intense competition with domestic enterprises original NiMH batteries, but the competition is not positive, positive effect is smaller, because the upstream energy development of electric vehicle industry did not keep pace. In this context, there is no effective docking downstream industries, nickel hydrogen battery business development has been a major impact. In addition, as the new energy battery lithium-ion power battery and fuel cell research is in full swing, although not yet formed industrialization and scale, but its development potential is very large. These two new types of batteries have a huge impact on the status of nickel metal hydride batteries, and even the possibility of replacing nickel metal hydride batteries. Therefore, in order to not be eliminated in the fierce market competition, nickel hydrogen battery companies must do a good job in the development of strategic management, the development of a reasonable strategic planning, in order to respond to the impact of the market. Through in-depth analysis of YUASA Ni MH battery industry's external environment and internal environment of the company, the company faces the opportunities and threats as well as the development of the company's strengths and weaknesses, and accordingly set a clear strategic goal; at the same time, the application of Potter's theory of competitive strategy, developed a differentiated competitive strategy; finally the construction, matching with the strategy of value chain. This paper aims to study the process of system to develop the optimal strategy for YUASA company NiMH battery industry's competitive strategy and to establish competitive advantage, value chain construction company YUASA battery business competitive strategy of construction, to maximize the role of corporate resources, enhance the core competitiveness of YUASA company, to occupy more market share, improve the overall business performance to reverse the situation, let the loss making enterprises, the development direction of the enterprise more healthy.
