| 中文摘要: | 随着社会分工的进一步细化,税务代理行业从注册会计师行业中分离出来,虽然起步很晚,但是发展的速度很快。目前在社会经济生活中发挥着为纳税人保驾护航,同时为国家税收事业添砖加瓦,税务代理行业的作用不容忽视。我国的经济改革进入了深水区,伴随着人们生活模式的变化,税收政策也是日新月异,层出不穷,且越来越复杂,纳税人对专业机构的依赖程度会越来越强,因此,税务代理行是很有发展前景的。 本文以YT税务师事务所为研究对象,针对类似的中小型税务师事务所存在的开拓市场能力薄弱、市场竞争激烈、人才匮乏、发展缓慢等问题,用SWOT分析法剖析YT税务师事务所经营中所具有的优势、所处的劣势、能争取到的机会和所面临的威胁,从内部调整与外部重组的战略角度考虑,得出走业务、品牌、资源重组的道路,利用自身资源的优势,重组业务类型和业务模式,做别人所不能做的业务,同时创出自己的另一个品牌。 最后通过分析,本文认为中小税务师事务所若想在目前市场竞争日益激烈的环境下能够生存下去,必须提升自身的核心竞争力,在专业上有自己过人的业务技能,在互联网时代下顺势而动,以鉴证审计智能化结合高端筹划智力化为模式,开创税务代理行业的新篇章。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the further refining of division of labor in society, the tax agency industry is separated from the CPA industry. It started late, however, it develops very fast. It is also very important as a role on protecting the taxpayers, as well as contributing a lot on a country’s taxation. Meanwhile, tax policy has changed rapidly and complicated with the Chinese economic reform which brings a lot of changes on the people’s life style. Since the reliance on a professional institution by taxpayer will be more and more heavy, the tax agency could be very promising. By using the case of YT tax firm as the research objective, the paper aims at the existing problem of small and medium sized tax firm, such as weak ability of market development, the fierce market competition, lack of talents, slow development and so on.It analyzesYT tax firm’s strength, weakness, opportunity and threat by SWOT method, and then gets the new strategy of recombinationon business, brand and resource. It gets the point that the tax firms should work on the internal governance and external improvement, as well as use their own resources, restructuring business type and business model, to do something what others cannot do on business, and create another brand. Finally, this paper suggests that small and medium-sized tax firms have to enhance their core competitiveness, have their own extraordinary business skills, take advantage of the opportunity on the Internet era, and use the model of combining assurance & audit intelligence with high-end tax planning intelligence, to survive from the increasingly competitive environment, also to open a new chapter of tax agency industry. | |
