中文摘要:在“一带一路”建设倡议的指引下,中国对外承包工程业务迅猛增长,入选ENR全球最大250家国际承包商的中资企业也逐年增加。同时受到国内经济下行和国内市场饱和的影响,越来越多的中国企业选择到海外承揽工程项目,国家对于企业走出去的政策支持也不断加大,市场前景一片大好。工程承包模式的转变,意味着项目利润率的提高,但由于复杂的国际形势和所在国政治、经济环境,在海外承揽EPC项目面临的风险日趋严峻,承包商面临的风险也随之激增。 本文分为六部分对安哥拉X发电站项目进行风险管理研究。在第一章中,主要介绍论文选题背景和具体研究意义,对论文研究目的和研究方法进行说明,同时对论文主要研究内容和大致结构安排进行阐述。在第二章中,作者基于对国内外相关文献的收集和分析,对国际工程的概念及国际工程十种常见模式进行梳理,对国际EPC项目风险管理国内外研究进行总结,并对风险识别、风险度量、风险应对和风险监控的方法和相关理论进行回顾。第三章至第五章为本篇论文的核心章节,选择安哥拉X发电站EPC项目作为研究对象,在对本项目特点进行介绍,对本项目管理目标进行明确的基础上,运用项目风险管理理论和方法,对X发电站项目展开风险管理研究。首先,按照国家层面、市场层面、总包方层面和其他参与方层面四个层级,识别出20项项目风险;然后,使用期望值法对识别的风险因素进行综合度量和排序,找出需要重点关注的关键风险。最后,采取不同应对策略进行风险应对,并构建项目风险管理领导小组和工作办公室进行风险监控。在第六章的结论和展望中指出本篇论文的不足和下一步研究方向。 此次研究,通过实例论证了项目风险管理理论在海外EPC项目风险管理中的适用性,为今后中国企业在海外承揽项目提供风险管理经验,具有一定的理论意义。 
英文摘要:Under the guidance of the construction initiative of “The Belt and Road”, Chinese contracted projects in other countries grows rapidly, and China-invested enterprises selected as the ENR top 250 international contractors has also increased by years. Meanwhile, under the influence of domestic economic downturn and market saturation, more and more Chinese enterprises choose to undertake overseas projects, national policy support for enterprises going out also continues to increase, with good market prospects. The change of project contract model means the increase of project profit margin. But due to complex international trend and political, economic environment of the host country, the risk faced by contracting EPC project overseas is increasingly serious, and risks faced by contractors also surge accordingly. The thesis is divided into six parts, conducting risk management study on Angola X power station project. In chapter I, it mainly introduces the background of topic selection and specific study meaning, elaborates the study purpose and methodology of the thesis, and at the same time, sets forth the main content and roughly structural arrangement. In chapter II, based on collection and analysis of domestic and overseas relevant literature, it sorts out the concept of international engineering and ten types of common model of international projects, summarizes domestic and overseas study of international EPC project risk management, and reviews the method and relevant theory of risk identification, risk measurement, risk response and risk monitoring. Chapters III to chapter V, as the core sections of this paper, select Angola X power station EPC project as object of study, based on introduction of characteristics of this project, and with clear project management objectives, utilize project risk management theory and method, and carry out risk management study on X power station project. First of all, it has identified 20 project risks according to four levels of national level, market level, main contractor level and other participants level; then, it uses expectancy method to comprehensively measure and sort the identified risk elements, to find out key risks that should especially pay attention. Finally, it adopts different coping strategies to respond to the risks, and build up project risk management leading group and work office to monitor risks. In the conclusion and expectation of Chapter VI, it points out the shortcomings of this thesis and further study direction. This study, by examples, has argues the application of project risk management theory in overseas EPC project risk management, providing risk management experience for Chinese enterprises to undertake overseas project in the future, with certain theoretical meaning.
