中文摘要：	伴随着经济的快速发展、财政税收的大幅提升，市政工程项目的投资建设会进一步加快步伐。因此，市政工程在未来一个时期内仍将保持较高的繁荣程度与景气指数。市政工程是指市政公用基础设施建设工程。在国内，市政公用基础设施是指在城市区、镇(乡)规划建设范围内设置、基于政府责任和义务为居民提供有偿或无偿公共产品和服务的各种建筑物、构筑物、设备等。在我国城镇化建设的大背景下，市政工程行业将获得更大的发展，也必将吸引更多的企业争夺市场。本篇论文以轻纺城市政工程项目为例，从这类项目进度管理的相关知识展开论述，重点介绍了市政工程项目进度管理的原理、目标及程序，分析了轻纺城市政工程项目在进度控制过程中遇到的问题，深入研究了进度影响因素。进而提出市政工程项目进度控制对策。市政工程项目管理中，进度管控是最根本的管理目标之一。全文共分为六章，第一章对论文的研究背景、国内外研究现状进行了介绍，阐述了论文的研究目的与研究意义，确定了论文的研究方法。第二章为相关理论回顾，介绍了市政工程项目进度管理理论、特点、影响因素及控制对策。第三章阐述了轻纺城市政工程项目的建设背景、工程概况，对项目的组织结构、主要施工方案以及工期保证措施进行了简要介绍。第四章着重研究轻纺城市政工程项目进度计划的编制；第五部分深入研究了该项目的进度控制，剖析了控制过程中遇到的困难，通过访谈调查分析了进度主要影响因素，提出进度控制的一系列措施。第六章为论文的结论部分，对论文的研究工作进行总结，提出了下一步研究工作的方向。
英文摘要：	With the rapid economic development, a substantial increase in fiscal revenue, municipal construction projects will further accelerate the pace of investment and construction.
