中文摘要:多元化战略作为重要的公司层战略,一直是战略管理研究的重要领域,其研究对象更多的集中于大型企业。上世纪80年代开始,部分针对中小企业的战略研究证明,多元化战略在中小企业中的应用也十分广泛。改革开放后我国民营中小企业蓬勃发展,其中有相当比例的企业采取了多元化战略,且其在动因及路径方面与国有、合资企业及大型民营企业相比有着较大差异。本文从我国民营中小企业角度探讨多元化战略的动因与路径,以F集团这一典型企业为主要研究对象,从贯穿于其整个生命周期的多元化进程入手,深入探讨其多元化战略的动因与实施路径,并由此总结出其成功实施多元化战略的保障因素。 本文首先对多元化战略概念、中小企业界定等核心概念进行了归纳,对多元化战略动因、路径理论以及国内外学者对中小企业多元化战略的研究情况进行了梳理。随后介绍了案例企业的背景情况及其管理方式与组织架构,为后续论述打下基础。接下来,本文按照时间顺序详细阐述了案例企业自创业至今的多元化战略发展历程,利用文字和示意图的方式从创业期、第一次稳定发展期、快速发展期、第二次稳定发展期及未来规划五个不同阶段解析了案例企业的8次多元化战略的递进过程,并最终形成完整的业务体系。在此基础上,通过梳理案例企业所面临的内外部环境,进而分析其在不同阶段、不同环境下实施多元化战略的多重动因:其中外部动因包括把握市场机会和分散经营风险,内部动因包括财务协同作用、资源的优化配置、利用平台搭建拓宽经营渠道、传递优势信号以及经营者的个人偏好等。随后本文从多元化类型和进入方式两个角度分析了案例企业的多元化发展路径,并总结出案例企业成功实施多元化战略的四大保障因素:经营者的战略眼光、高效的战略决策与实施机制、灵活的组织结构、一专多能的人员结构。文章的最后对全文进行了概括性总结并提出进一步思考。 
英文摘要:Diversification strategy as an important corporate strategy, has been one of the most important area of strategic management research, and its object more focused on large enterprises. From 80’s of last century, part of the strategic research for small and medium-sized enterprises had proved that the application of diversification strategy in small and medium-sized enterprises is also very extensive. After the reform and opening up, China's private small and medium-sized enterprises flourished, and a large part of them have taken a diversification strategy. And their motivation and path are quite different from the state-owned, joint venture compared large enterprises. This thesis explores the motivations and path of diversification strategy from the perspective of China's private small and medium-sized enterprises. Make F group as the main research object and deeply discusses its diversified strategic drivers and implementation path from its diversification process throughout the entire life cycle. And summed up its security factors which made its diversification strategy successful. Firstly, this thesis summarizes the core concepts such as the concept of diversification strategy and the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzes the motive of diversification strategy, the path theory and the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the diversification strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises. And then introduced the background of the case business and its organizational structure, laying the foundation for the follow-up discussion. Secondly, this thesis elaborates the process of diversification strategy of case enterprise since its establishment in chronological order. Analyzes eight progressive process of the diversification strategy of case business from five different stages, using the text and the schematic diagram. Then analyzes its multiple motivation of different stages and different environments from the internal and external aspects. Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the diversified development path of the case enterprise from the perspective of diversification type and entry mode and summed up four major security factors of the case enterprise which implemented the diversification strategy successfully. At the end of the article, the thesis summarizes the whole thesis and puts forward some further thoughts.
