中文摘要:随着中国加入WTO15年贸易保护期的接近,传统外贸企业所处的出口形势越来越严峻。一方面是来自印度、印度尼西亚、马来西亚等同类型外贸结构国家的竞争压力;另一方面是人民币升值、贬值的剧烈汇率动荡导致的订单减少,国际需求下降,全球经济增长周期性走入慢车道;虽然印度、印度尼西亚、马来西亚等东南亚国家的生产技术和基础设备不如中国,但其优势在于远低于我们的廉价的劳动力成本;再一方面就是新兴的电子商务拓展了国际贸易,使国际贸易活动全球化、瞬间化、智能化、无纸化、简易化的同时,也对传统进出口公司提出了新的挑战。在此背景下,本文从供应链及供应商管理的基本理论出发,结合自身所在进出口公司的管理运营模式,运用实例分析,成本核算的方法,对传统采购模式和供应商协同管理下的采购成本、流程和实施进行分析和研究。本文重点运用现代项目管理知识体系中项目组织、范围、时间、质量、成本、集成、沟通和评估与论证等管理技术和方法,综合运用供应链管理、客户关系管理等理论和方法,结合笔者所在天碱进出口公司与原料烧碱工厂的协同合作实践,通过理论联系实践、实践证明理论实现项目优化和方案实施。天碱进出口公司与烧碱生产商协同管理原材料采购、烧碱的生产乃至对外商交货是属于供应链和生产管理范畴,本文的研究范围主要在这一阶段,而后期的经营是由一系列订单管理构成的重复性活动,不在本文研究范围内。天碱进出口公司通过融资或设备租赁的模式介入烧碱供应商的生产,双方协同进行生产管理、成本控制、定制化包装、控制交货时间和程序化实施,用项目管理的理论和方法研究订单货物的生产管理,进而优化天碱进出口公司烧碱原料供应链。通过以上在供应链环节所做的研究分析和应用,最终使天碱进出口公司在出口的烧碱产品上提质降耗,实现供货稳定和生产管理流程化,针对年产能10万吨的烧碱工厂,该项目可年创利六十万元。本文同时简述了该项目的局限性和行业适用性。 
英文摘要:When approaching to the 15th year of China’s accession to WTO, the traditional import and export enterprises are facing severe export situation. One is the pressure of competition come from India, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries which have the similar trade structure to China; another is that the exchange rate of RMB raises or devalues violently, the international demand decreases so result in the orders decrease, and the global economic growth slows down cyclically. Although the producing technologies and basic equipments and of India, Indonesia, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries can not yet compare with China’s, their labor costs are competitive enough to be their advantages. The last is the emerging of e-commerce expanded the international trade, the globalization of international trade, its instant, intelligent, paperless and facilitation at the same time. All above put forward a new challenge to the traditional trading company. Based on this background, the thesis starts from the basic theory of purchasing and supplier management of the trading company with its own business management model, using case analysis, adopting the concerted calculation of cost to research the cost and process of purchasing based on the traditional procurement model and the new model suggested. The thesis mainly uses the skill and method of modern project management, which includes management system, scope, time, quality, cost, integration, communication, evaluation and etc. It also integrates the theory and method of supply chain management and customer relationships management. Furthermore, the author combines the working experiences of the import and export enterprise and its supplier, who is tending to carry out purchase extending theory in Import and Export Company of Tianjin Soda Plant. The author tries to optimize and implement the project through methods of theory combines practice, and practice proves the theory. The collaboration between Import and Export Company of Tianjin Soda Plant and the supplier includes crud material purchasing management, production management of caustic soda, and till the delivery to the customers. The project belongs to supply chain and production management category, which is the focus of the thesis researched. For the subsequent production is composed by a series of orders, the repetitive activities are not the included in the management scope. The Import and Export Company of Tianjin Soda Plant involves in the caustic soda factory via investing or equipment leasing, both collaborate on production management, cost controlling, customized packaging, delivery time and delivery controlling. The thesis treats all these processes as a project and implements with project management theories and methods, to realize the optimized project management of caustic soda’s supply chain. The thesis is planning to promote the product’s quality and decrease its consumption, to stabilize the supply of caustic soda and realize a flow management, thus to achieve a profit of RMB60, 000.00 per year regarding to a factory capacity of 10,000 metric tons per year. The thesis also introduces the application in the line and its limits.
