中文摘要:自上世纪八十年代以来,伴随着知识经济时代的来临,在职人员对知识的渴望越来越强烈,他们迫切希望通过继续学习以更新知识技能和促进个人职业发展。为顺应这种教育发展新趋势,依托于现有高校的、新型的继续教育模式应运而生。当前,继续教育已成为我国学习型社会建设的重要组成部分,但在发展过程中也遇到了一系列的新问题和挑战。尤其是受现有高校职能化管理体制的制约,大学继续教育机构的组织架构、管理制度和保障机制问题凸现,有待进一步改革和完善。作为一种有效的管理模式,项目管理日益受到教育部门的关注。K大学继续教育学院参照和学习企业项目化的管理模式,成功地将项目管理机制引入到教育运营管理中,不仅提升了教学管理水平和教学质量,而且也为可持续发展提供了有力的保障。本文以K大学继续教育学院项目导向型组织结构设计与转型研究为题,以相关理论作指导,对研究主题进行了较为全面、深入的探讨。本文首先阐述了研究的背景、研究的目的和意义以及研究的内容和研究方法,提出了本文选题的理由和研究思路;其次,是对项目导向型组织结构的相关理论进行回顾,通过文献梳理,发现研究问题的切入点;三是对K大学继续教育学院的组织结构进行分析,比较了国内外继续教育学院教育职能特点和发展趋势,探讨了K大学继续教育学院构建项目导向型组织的必要性;四是提出了继续教育学院项目导向型的组织结构设计的内容和模型;五是阐述了K大学继续教育学院项目导向型组织结构转型过程、障碍和保障措施;最后总结全文观点并指出文章的创新和不足之处,同时也对未来的研究做了进一步的展望。通过对K大学继续教育学院实际案例的研究,本文较为清晰地的阐述了继续教育学院项目导向型组织结构设计与转型实施的思路和实施路径,希望研究成果能够丰富本领域的现有研究成果并对我国类似的继续教育机构的组织设计提供有益的借鉴。 
英文摘要:Since the eighties of the last century, along with the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the incumbent's desire for knowledge has become stronger and stronger, and they are eager to continue to learn to update their knowledge and skills and promote personal career development. In order to adapt to this new trend of education development, relying on existing colleges and universities, the new model of continuing education came into being. At present, continuing education has become an important part of the construction of learning society in China, but in the development process also encountered a series of new problems and challenges. Especially the constraints of the existing functional management system of colleges and universities, the organizational structure, management system and guarantee mechanism of university continuing education institutions are highlighted, and need to be further reformed and perfected. As an effective management model, project management is increasingly concerned by the education sector. K University Continuing Education Institute of reference and learning enterprise project management model, the success of the project management mechanism into the education operation and management, not only to enhance the level of teaching management and teaching quality, but also for the sustainable development of a strong guarantee. This thesis takes the project-oriented organizational structure design and transformation research of K University Continuing Education College, and makes a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the research topic. This thesis first elaborates the background of the research, the purpose and significance of the research and the content and research methods of the research, and puts forward the reasons and research ideas of this topic. Secondly, it reviews the relevant theories of project-oriented organizational structure, , And find out the starting point of the research problem. Thirdly, it analyzes the organizational structure of the College of Continuing Education in K University, compares the educational function characteristics and development trend of the continuing education institutes at home and abroad, and discusses the feasibility of constructing the project-oriented organization of K University Continuing Education College And the necessity and necessity of the project. Fourthly, it puts forward the contents and models of the project-oriented organizational structure design of the College of Continuing Education. Fifthly, it elaborates the process, obstacles and safeguard measures of the project-oriented organizational structure of the College of Continuing Education, K University. Finally, And pointed out the innovation and shortcomings of the article, but also for the future research made a further outlook. Based on the study of the actual case of K University School of Continuing Education, this thesis expatiates on the ideas and implementation path of the project-oriented organizational structure design and transformation of the continuing education institute. It is hoped that the research results will enrich the existing research results in this field and provide useful reference for the organization design of similar continuing education institutions in China.
