中文摘要:项目管理是一门新兴学科,其中进度控制是项目管理中的重要内容之一,同时也是一个工程成本、进度、质量三大目标之一,也是项目管理中的难点。项目进度管理可以使公司的项目如期完成,是保证项目实施的重要保证手段。进度控制的有效运用不仅是项目管理的重要指标,还可以给公司带来很高的经济效益。公司干气密封新机配套业务营业额占全年营业额比例将近一半,如果在这部分业务中有效的结合并运用项目进度控制的相关理论,通过合理地安排资源供应、节约工程成本、保证施工质量,不但在可以满足客户对干气密封质量的要求的同时满足客户对产品工期的要求,还可以提高客户满意度。本文的主要研究对象是项目进度管理。文章首先从基础理论出发,分析论文研究的目的以及实践意义。系统地阐述了项目管理定义以及项目进度控制的方法,分阶段分析影响进度控制的各种因素并制定进度控制的相关对策,最终得出公司进度控制的管理体系。之后以石家庄800万吨炼油厂扩建干气密封配套项目作为实际案例进行分析,印证对项目进度控制方法的有效性。在文章结尾,根据对上述部分的分析得出进度管理研究的相关结论并指出本文研究不足之处,提出下一步研究的内容与方向。本文结论:项目进度管理贯穿于公司干气密封新机项目的立项、计划、实施、验收的各个阶段,通过对每个阶段影响项目实施进度因素的有效控制可以保证项目整体的完工交付时间。本文的创新点在于对项目进度管理与制造服务型企业的实际结合,打破了传统制造业部门的局限性,整体公司计划安排以项目为主导,针对项目进度控制存在的问题,对项目进度进行全过程管理。通过对公司某一独特产品项目的进度管理研究与分析,得出可以被类似企业借鉴的管理方法。 
英文摘要:Project management is a newly-developed science, and schedule control is one of its most important aspects. The control of schedule is a key point of project management and also is one of the three main targets of a project, together with the other two which are cost and quality. It is the main basis of a project’s time arrangement and the main task to guarantee a smooth going-on of a successful project. The effective use of progress control is not only an important indicator of project management, but also can bring high economic benefits to the company. Mechanical gas seal business turnover accounted for nearly half of the company fiscal year turnover, to provide main factory or the end user high reliability and long service life of the seal will require a large amount of project management. If effective in this part of the business combination and on the theory of project progress control, through the reasonable arrangement of resources supply, to save the cost, ensure the quality of construction engineering. Not only can satisfy the customer requirement for the quality of dry gas seal at the same time it also can meet the requirements of customer to product period, and can effective improve customer satisfaction. The main research object of this paper is project schedule management .Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the study,then analyses the purpose and practical significance of the research. After that systematically expounded the definition of project management and project schedule control method, phase analysis of various factors affecting the progress of control and make relevant countermeasures of schedule control. Finally, the management system of the schedule control is obtained. The Shijiazhuang 8 million tons/year expansion project is employed as an example to testify the effectiveness of schedule control, demonstrating the function schedule control performs in new equipment projects. At the end of this thesis, it makes the conclusion and points out the shortcomings of this study. Then puts forward the content and direction of the next research. Main conclusion of the Paper: Project schedule management throughout the company dry gas seal new project business of the various stages planning, implementation, acceptance. Through the effective control of each stage of the project implementation and the project can ensure the completion of the project as a whole delivery time. The innovation of this paper lies in the actual combination of project management and manufacturing service enterprises, breaking the limitations of the traditional manufacturing, the overall company plans to project-oriented for the project schedule control. Through the company one series of product project schedule management research and analysis, it can be used as a general management approach.
