中文摘要：	煤气化仪表安装过程中影响其质量因素很多，仪表安装的质量要求较高，项目施工时间短，并且施工质量对煤气化装置的高负荷、稳定运行有直接的影响。如何有效地运用项目管理知识对仪表安装进行质量控制，对煤气化生产有重要意义。运用项目管理知识对煤气化仪表安装项目进行质量控制研究，通过检测、分析、纠偏及变更对仪表安装质量进行控制，最终使煤气化工艺生产装置实现平稳、高负荷运行目标。本文采取的研究方法为案例分析法，通过对煤气化建设过程中仪表安装项目质量控制的案例研究，使用因果图法、直方图法等工具进行质量控制分析，采用项目质量控制方法提高煤气化仪表安装项目的质量。首先介绍了目前煤气化仪表安装项目的总体情况，研究出该项目质量控制的必要性，并对本文选题背景、研究目的和方法进行了介绍。第二章回顾了项目质量管理和控制方面的相关概念理论，为本文的研究打下理论基础。第三章对仪表安装项目的独特性进行阐述，通过对仪表安装项目质量分析，列举影响仪表安装项目质量的因素，并总结出煤气化仪表安装项目质量控制基准和控制流程框架。第四章介绍了煤气化仪表安装项目施工企业使用的质量控制方法，包括相应的项目质量检测和分析方法、项目质量纠偏方法、项目标准变更方法。第五章是煤气化仪表安装项目质量控制的保障措施，从组织机构、质量控制制度等方面介绍了煤气化仪表安装项目质量控制的保障措施。第六章对永利化工厂煤气化仪表安装项目质量控制案例进行分析研究，介绍了煤气化仪表安装项目质量控制方法应用的实施过程。通过对永利化工煤气化仪表安装项目案例的研究，证明了施工单位使用质量控制方法对煤气化仪表安装项目质量有着明显的效果，可以有效的保证项目质量。
英文摘要：	The quality of the instrument is high, the construction time is short, and the construction quality has a direct impact on the high load and stable operation of the coal gasification device. How to effectively use the project management knowledge to control the quality of the instrument installation, coal gasification production is of great significance. The use of project management knowledge of coal gasification instrument installation project quality control research, through the detection, analysis, correction and change the quality of the instrument to control the control, and ultimately the coal gasification production equipment to achieve a smooth, high load operation targets. In this paper, the research method is taken as the case analysis method. Through the case study of the quality control of the instrument installation project in the process of coal gasification construction, the quality control analysis is carried out by using the causal method and the histogram method, and the project quality control method is used to improve the coal gasification instrument The quality of the installation project. Firstly, the general situation of coal gasification instrument installation project is introduced, the necessity of quality control of the project is studied, and the background, purpose and method of this paper are introduced. The second chapter reviews the conceptual theory of project quality management and control, and lays the theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. The third chapter describes the uniqueness of the instrument installation project. Through the analysis of the quality of the instrument installation project, the factors that affect the quality of the instrument installation project are summarized, and the quality control benchmark and control process framework of the coal gasification instrument installation project are summarized. The fourth chapter introduces the quality control methods used by the construction enterprises of the coal gasification instrumentation project, including the corresponding project quality inspection and analysis methods, the project quality correction method and the project standard change method. The fifth chapter is the safeguard measures of quality control of coal gasification instrument installation project, and introduces the safeguard measures of quality control of coal gasification instrument installation project from the aspects of organization and quality control system. The sixth chapter analyzes the quality control cases of coal gasification instrument installation project of yongli chemical plant and introduces the implementation process of the quality control method of coal gasification instrument installation project. Through the study on the case of Wendi chemical gasification instrument installation project, it is proved that the quality control method of construction unit has obvious effect on the quality of coal gasification instrument installation project, which can effectively guarantee the project quality.
