中文摘要:信息化建设在企业竞争中起着重要的作用。它不仅要求企业有着高瞻远瞩的能力,还要打开视野,协同并进。ERP系统在企业的实施活动,大多都是基于传统瀑布的模式进行实施的。因此能够快速响应变得尤为重要。在这样的背景下,引入敏捷方法可以提升企业信息化管理的精准度,对业务流程起到了一个很好的管控作用。同时,还能对领导层的决策起到一定的支持和帮助的作用,使得企业管理能够得到更好的提升。 传统瀑布模型,是面向过程的。在长时间的跨度内定制出详尽的需求设计和开发方案,并严格按照计划进行项目实施。在实施过程中,一方面需要大量的中间过程的交付文档,给开发人员也带来了一定的负担。另一方面,实际需求的频繁变更、不确定性与追求可预测性不相协调。 而敏捷方法的整体目标是以和用户的交互为主,是基于最佳实践的方法,随时可以运行最佳实践快速启动项目,验证解决场景满足业务需求并获取增量设计,以短暂、固定时限的冲刺对解决方案进行定制并进行多次迭代以开发出随时可以发布到生产系统的功能。 L公司近十年来一共发起了9项并购,其中7项都获得了成功。而并购之后的企业信息系统的整合,以及频繁变化的业务需求,更是需要基于敏捷方法去实施ERP项目,才能更快速的实现企业收益。本文基于敏捷实施ERP系统的角度,采用理论与案例研究相结合的方法,通过L公司收购IBM的X86服务器业务,IT部门建立的ERP项目为研究对象,研究了SC项目一期从传统的瀑布式开发方法转变到SC项目二期基于Scrum敏捷基础的开发方法的过程,并通过分析瀑布模式下所遇到的问题,来引入敏捷实施的必要性。根据SC项目二期引入敏捷后的实施准备和实践,总结了SC项目二期采用Scrum 方法实施之后相关问题的改善情况,通过敏捷方法实施ERP项目的经验和成功案例来解决ERP上线及上线后遇到的难点和痛点,最终帮助企业从更深层次上发挥ERP的作用,对诸多还在ERP实施的应用领域尝试深入探索的国内企业具有一定借鉴意义。 
英文摘要: Information construction plays an important role in enterprise competition.It not only requires the enterprise to have the foresight ability, but also open the field of vision and Synergy.ERP system in the enterprise implementation activities, mostly based on the traditional waterfall model for implementation.In this context, introducing agile methods can improve the accuracy of enterprise information management, business process played a role in a good control.At the same time, it can also support and help the decision-making of leadership, so that enterprise management can get a better promotion. The traditional waterfall model is process-oriented.Fixing over a long span of the detailed design and development programmes, and in strict accordance with the plans for project implementation.In the process of implementing, on the one hand deliver documents that need an excessive number of intermediate process, giving a certain burden on the developers.The other hand, the actual requirements frequently change, uncertainty and pursuit of predictability is inconsistent. The overall goal of the agile approach is to interact with the user, based on best practices, can run the best practices fast start project, verify the solution meets business needs and gain incremental design, and customize and iterate over the solution for a short, fixed period of time to develop the functionality that can be published to the production system at all times. L company have launched nine mergers and acquisitions in recent ten years, of which seven have been successful.Enterprise information system integration after the merger, as well as business requirements change frequently, it is needs based on agile methodologies to implement ERP projects, to more quickly achieve enterprise benefits.Paper based on agile implementation ERP system of angle, used theory and case research phase combined of method, through L company acquisition IBM of X86 Server business, IT sector established of ERP project for research object, research has SC project a period from traditional of falls type development method change to SC project two period based on Scrum agile based of development method of process, and through analysis falls mode Xia by encountered of problem, to introduced agile implementation of needs. According to the preparation for the implementation of the second stage after the introduction of agile SC projects and practices, summarizes the SC II adoption of Scrum implementation issues related to improving the situation.Through the implementation of ERP project experience and successful cases to solve the difficulties and pain points encountered after ERP online and online, ultimately to help enterprises play the role of ERP from deeper level, it is of reference to domestic enterprises that are still trying to explore in the application areas of ERP implementation.
