| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着我国经济下行压力的不断增大,经济增速放缓,并且国内控烟措施日益严厉,烟草行业进入发展速度放缓、发展方式和发展动力逐步转型的新时期。过去在粗放式管理模式下的各种问题集中凸显,尤其是成本控制问题尤为明显。随着精益管理理念在行业内的深入推进,成本控制问题逐渐引起重视。成本控制已经渗透到企业管理的各个环节中,成为企业管理的重要组成部分。成本控制效果的好坏直接关系到企业的生存与发展,成本控制是企业可持续发展的竞争优势体现。现代物流已经发展成为全球经济发展的一个新的经济增长点,被称为企业的“第三利润源泉”,现代化物流在社会经济中的地位越来越重要,现代物流的兴起,也体现了社会发展的要求和社会化分工的明确,而物流成本管理作为物流管理的核心部分,在企业增强竞争力和降低成本过程中发挥了重要作用。因此,本文将如何把企业的物流成本控制在合理的范围内作为研究的方向,进而充分发挥物流成本管理的效益,提高企业发经济效益和市场竞争力。烟草工业企业物流运转体系主要由仓储、装卸搬运、运输、物流设备维护等四大环节,从这四个方面入手,分别进行成本控制,就能够从整体上控制企业的物流成本。由于烟草行业在过去几十年中的粗放发展模式,各个企业对物流成本控制问题缺乏足够的认识与重视,且由于管理惯性的存在,要求不高,造成物流成本居高不下,成本控制措施不完善,落实不到位等问题。本文从这四个方面入手,通过查阅大量资料,结合生产运行实际,深入了解四部分成本控制现状,总结四个环节分别存在的问题,分析出现这些问题的原因,联系实际工作中解决这些问题的措施和思路,找出相应的解决措施。同时,以H烟草工业企业为例,通过对H烟草工业企业物流发展现状分析,梳理出H公司在现代物流建设方面的不足,整理出H公司加快物流建设的思路、方法,并制定相应的改进措施,最终达到将物流成本控制在合理范围内,使企业提高运营效率,增强企业竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, the domestic tobacco control environment is increasingly serious, the downward pressure on the economy will continue to increase, the tobacco industry to enter the slowdown, the mode of development and the motive force of the development of the gradual transformation of the new period. In the past was covered by high-speed development of the extensive management of the various problems highlighted. With the deepening of the concept of lean management in the whole industry, the problem of cost control has attracted more and more attention. Cost control is an important part of enterprise management, and it is infiltrated into every field and link of the enterprise. The effect of cost control is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises, cost control is the embodiment of the competitive advantage of enterprise's sustainable development. Modern logistics as "the third profit source" of enterprises, has become a global economic development of a new economic growth point and the important role and status have become increasingly prominent, it appears to reflect the current social development and the requirements of the times. As the core of logistics management, logistics cost management, in helping enterprises to reduce logistics costs and enhance competitiveness and other aspects of the role is very prominent. Therefore, how to play the role of logistics cost management, and control and reduce the logistics cost of enterprises is the focus of this paper, which to improve the operational efficiency of the logistics enterprises, enterprise economic benefit and enterprise competitiveness have great practical significance. Tobacco industrial enterprise logistics operation flow mainly consists of warehousing, loading and unloading, handling, transportation, logistics equipment maintenance of the four aspects of composition, to control the logistics cost of enterprises as a whole, we must control the four parts of the cost. Because the tobacco industry extensive mode of development in the past few decades, various enterprises of logistics cost control problems of lack of understanding and attention, and the management of the existence of inertia, demand is not high, due to the high cost of logistics, cost control measures are not perfect, not in place to implement the problem. The from the four aspects of the access to large amounts of data, combined with the actual production run, in-depth understanding of the four parts of the cost control present situation, summarizes the problems existing in the each link, to analyze the cause of the causes of these problems, linking theory with practice, find the corresponding solutions.At the same time, the H tobacco industrial enterprise as an example, through the analysis of the present situation of logistics development of H tobacco industrial enterprise, H company to tease out the deficiencies in the construction of modern logistics, sorting out the ideas and methods of H companies to speed up the logistics construction, and formulate the corresponding improvement measures, and ultimately achieve the logistics cost control within a reasonable range.
