| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着高清视频技术的快速发展,目前针对交通、公安、金融等行业的安防监控技术已经成熟,但是许多功能并不能适应地震台站安防方面的实际需求。天津地区大部分地震台站都是无人值守台站,具有地理位置分散、数量众多,管理难的特点。台站被人为恶意损坏和盗窃的事件呈逐年上升趋势,由于没有报警信息及时上报,往往会造成经济损失和监控数据的丢失。D局台站监控系统就是一套具备运维监控功能、安防监控与报警、观测环境监控等功能的综合监控系统。 D局台站监控系统集成建设项目需要多学科、多专业配合属于系统集成项目的范畴,集软件、硬件及应用于一体。不仅包括应用软件系统的建设还包括硬件设备的安装、调试等。具有施工环境复杂,协调难度大,项目不可控因素多的特点,所以在项目实施过程中容易受到诸多因素的影响,每一个关键节点的调整对整个项目都有牵一发而动全身的效果,对项目的质量管理和进度管理都提出了更高的要求。本文结合D局台站监控系统集成建设项目的实施过程,采用理论研究与实践相结合的方法,基于项目实施中遇到的真实案例,从项目实施组的角度,运用计划评审技术、关键路径法、鱼骨图方法等系统分析项目实施中出现的进度、质量问题,以及质量管理与进度管理的相互作用关系和二者的协调性关系,并给出对策,总结经验。为D局类似的科研项目管理,做出了有益的探索。达到做好科研项目,服务公众的目的。希望本文的一些研究结论对相似的系统集成类项目也起到一定的借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of high-definition video technology in recent years,Security monitoring technology has improved in the areas such as public security, finance and transportation.But many functions can not meet the need for security in seismic station.Most seismic station in Tianjin area is unattended station.?Therefore,it has the characters of?geographically dispersed.They are difficult to control because of the large quantity.This resulted in obvious decreasing trend for?theft event and hostile damages. Without alarming information, it may give rise to considerable economical and some important Seismic?data losses. Seismic station monitoring system for the bureau of D has the monitoring function of daily operation, security alarm and seismic environment. The Integration project of Seismic station monitoring system for the D bureau need multi--professional cooperation.It Belongs to the category of system Integration include hardware and software.The project need to build the system and platform but also include equipment’s installation and debugging.The surrounding environment is complicated and the construction is more difficult.?It is easy to be affected by many factors in the process of project?.To adjust some key points may have uncertain?affection in the whole project. These characters sets higher requirements?on quality and schedule management. Based on the real cases in Integration project of seismic station monitoring system for the D bureau,this paper indentify and analyze the problems that we met in schedule and quality management by using fishbone diagram,critical path method and pert as the role of project team in D bureau.This paper combines theory study and practice,also analyze the mutual affects and coordinate relations between quality and schedule management.The purpose of this study is to serve the public and to make the beneficial exploration. I hope some conclusions and experience in this study could provide reference for some similar projects. | |
