中文摘要:随着时代的发展和科技的进步,人类社会经历了多次重大的历史变革,这些变革使得人类社会从最初的原始形态一步一步发展成为现今以计算机技术为主导,以大数据为核心的信息化时代。而信息技术之所以能够突飞猛进地发展,必然得益于计算机软件产品的支持,它们对于信息技术的发展,起到了至关重要并且无法取代的作用。 软件产品的开发,离不开软件开发项目和软件开发项目管理,这是软件开发工作能够在现实中得以实施的主要形式。软件开发项目管理能否着实有效的执行直接决定了软件开发项目能否取得成败,因此软件开发项目管理在整个软件开发项目的全生命周期中就显得至关重要。而项目沟通和项目沟通管理作为贯穿整个软件开发项目管理过程的重要内容,是不可或缺和无法替代的。如果没有高效的项目沟通,就很难保证软件开发项目的顺利实施。而如何将项目沟通变得准确高效,确保项目信息交流的正确性、及时性和有效性,防止和杜绝项目沟通中诸多不良现象的发生,从而真正提升软件开发项目的管理质量,就成为了项目沟通管理所关注的主要问题。 本研究根据项目国际管理知识体系(PMBOK)和的中国项目管理知识体系(C-PMBOK)的理论基础,结合G公司的实际项目管理情况和软件开发项目的自身特点,针对G公司软件开发项目执行过程中在沟通管理方面所存在的诸多问题,按照找出问题、分析问题、解决问题的整体思路,以理论分析与实践经验相结合的方式,来明确项目沟通模型在实际项目实施中的具体体现,在此基础上找出项目执行过程中在沟通管理方面的问题,分析问题本身的特征以及其出现的原因,并将其归纳抽象到理论的层面,以软件开发项目管理沟通模型的理论基础为依托,构建和制定出一整套合理地解决诸多项目沟通管理问题的对策与机制,并将这些解决项目沟通管理问题的对策与机制应用到实际的软件开发项目中来,从理论的分析推演和实践的应用效果这两个方面来双重验证对策与机制的正确性,实用性以及普适性。这也能够成为其他软件开发项目人员,特别是管理人员所值得借鉴和参考的依据。 
英文摘要:According to the progress of time and the development of science, human society has experienced many significant change. These revolutions make developments of human society from the primitive times to the information age which is dominated by computer technology and base on big data technology step by step. The reason why the information technology is able to develop by leaps and bounds, is the support of the computer technology and its software products. It is very important and irreplaceable for development of information technology. When it comes to software development, it will not be without the software development project and its management which is the main form of software development implementing in reality. Whether the software development project management can be enforced effectively determines whether the result of a software development project directly. Therefore software development project management throughout the whole life cycle of a software development project is crucial. As an important content of the whole process of software development project management, project communication and project communication management is also indispensable and irreplaceable. If there is no effective project communication, it is difficult to guarantee the successful implement of software development projects. How to make the project communication accurate and efficient, how to ensure the correctness and timeliness and availability of project information exchange, how to prevent and eliminate some unhealthy phenomenon happened in project communication so as to improve the management quality of software development project, has become the major question in the project communication management. According to the project management body of knowledge and the China project management body of knowledge theoretical basis, combined with the actual situation of the G company project management and the characteristics of software development project, aim at the communication management problem in software development project for G company, according to the train of thought to find out the problem and analyze the problem and solve the problem, by the way of integrating theory with practice, this research declares the concrete embodiment of project communication model in the actual project implementation. On this basis, it finds out the communication management problems during project execution, and analysis the characteristics of the problems and the reasons for their occurrence. This research concludes and abstracts them to the theoretical level, and builds a set of reasonable countermeasures to solve the problems of project communication management, and applies them to the actual software development project in G company. And prove the correctness and practicability and universality of these measures and mechanism. It can also be the reference for the managers in software development project.
