| 中文摘要: | 随着社会实践的发展和项目管理理念的广泛传播,项目管理的思想越来越为人们所接受,相关理论研究不断发展,项目变更管理也越来越逐渐引起人们的重视。由于项目变更管理涉及到项目管理知识领域的几乎所有领域,并且项目变更管理贯穿于项目实施的全过程,本文基于生命周期研究了YNHDB项目变更管理需求以及YNHDB项目整个项目执行过程中的变更集成管理方法。本文以YNHDB项目为例,项目在整个执行过程中经历了反反复复的变更,包括投标阶段,设计阶段,施工阶段和调试阶段几乎每个阶段都经历了各种不同的变更。虽然项目在执行过程中经历了各种变更,但对于作为承包商的设计院,由于在各个阶段采取了相应的变更管理方法,运用项目变更集成管理方法很好的控制了项目全程中的变更以及合理配置了项目关键四要素,使得项目的变更得到了有效的控制,展现了总承包商世界级的技术水准以及强大的总承包执行能力。本文结合国内某水泥设计研究院YNHDB项目在项目实施变更管理过程中,基于项目生命周期,研究了YNHDB项目变更需求及其变更集成管理方法,并且提出项目管理的方法运用于海外大型项目变更管理,希望有助于大型海外项目变更集成管理方法的经验总结,实现大型项目变更管理所达到的对项目管理的效果。本论文综合运用了文献研究方法,实证分析法和描述性研究法等研究方法,理论联系实际进行论述。希望本文的研究结果及相关论述能使水泥行业海外大型项目在项目管理中更加充分重视变更集成管理方法并且能够帮助水泥同行在项目变更管理中找到相关项目变更管理的方法以便更好的管理大型水泥海外项目。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of social practice and the widespread dissemination of project management concept, project management thinking is more and more accepted and more and more relevant theories are developed. Project change management has gradually attracted people's attention either. Project Change Management involves nearly complete ten areas of project management and penetrates in the complete course of project execution. The thesis makes a study of change demand of YNHDB project and change concentrated management method based on project life cycle. Author of this thesis is working in some domestic cement institute and the author participated in the construction of many overseas projects contracted by the cement institute. Regarding YNHDB project which has just been completed, the project gone through many changes repeatedly including tendering stage, design stage, construction stage and commissioning stage and there were many different changes for each stage . Even though there are so many changes during execution of the project, the project department has taken the integrated method to configurate the four key elements that make the project change under control, which shows the world level technology and executive competence as the EPC contractor. Based on the project life cycle, the thesis gives a study of change demand and integrated management of YNHDB project and gives a proposal for the application of project management method in project change management for the large overseas project. It is expected that the thesis would be able to give an experience summary for project change integrated management and to realize the management effect for large project change management. The methods of researching literature, empirical analysis and descriptive method were used in the thesis studying. The discussion of the thesis was made by the combination of practices and theory. It is hoped that the project change management and management change method could be emphasized in the project management of overseas projects and it is also anticipated that with the help of this thesis, the same industries will find the project change management method in project management. | |
