中文摘要:国民经济十三五规划将推动产业结构改革作为主要攻坚方向,其中对传统工业特别是制造业的要求是:“实施‘中国制造2025’,坚持创新驱动、智能转型,加快从制造大国向制造强国转变。”政府将采用财政贴息、加速折旧等措施来推动传统产业技术升级改造。网络化、数字化、智能化等技术将做为促进工业化和信息化深度融合的有效载体,在一些关键产业领域取得突破。在这样的背景之下,许多传统工业产品制造企业面临着来自内外两方面的改革压力,倒逼传统产业进行技术创新、管理创新甚至金融创新。本文首先对减速机制造行业所面临的竞争态势、发展前景以及相关基本理论做了综述,然后对F公司产品的破坏性技术创新实践进行了研究,发现传统机械制造企业在产品改型和升级过程中对技术创新、经营模式创新的理解存在一些认知和执行方面的误区,针对这些问题本文运用相关理论对原因进行了深入分析和研究。在研究基础上,对F公司产品的创新策略进行了调整并付诸实施,进一步通过实践结果和相关理论来客观地评价延续性技术创新策略,并就信息化技术对传统竞争市场带来的破坏性作用进行了研究。传统机械制造企业在产品升级和智能转型的过程中不能盲目依赖破坏性创新,即便是这种理论在其他产品或者行业中有许多成功的先例,采用何种创新策略的前提来自于对以下几个方面的充分认识:一是客户希望购买什么样的产品来完成他们的任务;二是我们的产品最适合哪些客户,有没有支持创新产品的“零消费市场”?三是你所在的组织是否有能力实现创新,如果没有,能否创造这种能力? 
英文摘要:Central government has already set clear goal for traditional industrial products especially for manufacturing industry in accordance with target of industrial restructuring which defined by 13th five years plan. The goal is transforming from capacity driven to quality driven by implementation of ‘ made in china 2025 ’, innovative driven policy and intelligence technology. Driving technology transformation for traditional industry with financial support and accelerated depreciation. Try to make some breakthroughs in key industrial areas by deep integration between informatization and industrialization with internet technology, digitalization and intelligentization. Many traditional industries will be forced to implement technology innovation, management innovation and financial innovation under the pressure from internal and external environments. First of all, This thesis sum up some basic theory, development perspective and competition situation of traditional industrial products. Then study the practice of innovation about disruptive technology which initiated by F company. This article found out some problems and misunderstandings about market positioning and business model which happened during upgrading phase of F company. Finally we adjusted original products strategy according to analysis of these key findings. Up to now, we are continuously evaluating the destructive impact which caused by incremental innovation and internet technology through new product strategy implementation. Traditional industry manufacturing enterprises can not rely on disruptive innovation blindly when company is upgrading technology or changing business model, even this theory has many successful stories from the other branches or product lines. The pre-condition of innovation base on fully understanding of below aspects: Which kind of products could help customer to fulfill their tasks? Which kind of customers our products could perfectly fit? Is there some ‘zero consumption market’ supporting new products development? Does your organization have the capability to make innovations? If not, Can you create this kind of capability?
