中文摘要：	贝壳堤湿地公园坐落于天津市滨海新区中新生态城旅游区的一处沿海盐碱荒滩上，该荒滩为原汉沽盐场卤化池，土壤盐碱化严重且周边自然环境恶劣。贝壳堤公园的建成，一方面可以改善中新生态城的生态环境，带动公园周边闲置土地的开发和建设，推动生态城经济的发展，另一方面中新生态城作为国家首个绿色创新示范区，贝壳堤公园盐碱地“变废为宝”的样板工程具有很强的示范效益。此外天津贝壳堤公园是世界第三大贝壳堤，公园项目对我国海洋文化的传承和宣传有重要的意义，所以该项目的质量管理更显得尤为重要。 本文首先对贝壳堤公园绿化项目的项目概况、项目特殊性、项目质量控制特殊性来分析该项目的特点及其质量控制特性。项目概况包括项目基本情况、工程内容。项目特殊性主要是从项目环境的特殊性、项目参与主体的特殊性和其他一些质量控制的特殊性来分析；以此为基础，针对项目的特点提出了贝壳堤公园绿化项目的质量控制的内容。对贝壳堤公园施工准备阶段、项目工程材料采购过程、项目施工过程、收尾验收阶段的质量控制内容进行了细致分析，并对其各个分项工程的关键控制点进行了分析；最后，就贝壳堤公园绿化项目实施过程中质量控制提出了实施策略保障。分析贝壳堤公园绿化项目中可能出现的质量问题，然后在综合协调机构的设置、以施工质量为核心的企业文化的建立、质量信息收集和反馈的加强、质量控制奖励制度的建立、成本控制及资金保障措施等方面提出具体措施。 通过上述对项目质量控制的各个阶段和关键因素的研究，分析得出了影响工程质量的难点和关键点所在，提出的项目质量控制方法对贝壳堤公园绿化项目实施过程中质量控制具有较强的现实指导意义。同时，对其他一些园林绿化工程项目质量控制也提供了有价值的参考和借鉴。
英文摘要：	Shell Ridge Wetland Park is located in the coastal salt and alkali desolate beach of Sino-Singapore Eco-city tourist area in BinHai new area of Tianjin municipality, which was originally the brine pond of HanGu saltworks with serious oil salinization and serious natural surroundings. The completion of Shell Ridge Wetland Park will on hand improve the ecological environment of Sino-Singapore, lead to the development and construction of the idling earth surrounding the park and promote the economic development of the Eco-City; On the other hand, Sino-Eco city, as the first green innovation demonstration area, Shell Ridge Park sample project turns the salt and alkali soil ‘from the waste to things of value, which shows the strong demonstration benefits. Moreover, Tianjin Shell Ridge Park is the world’s third largest Shell ridge and the Park project has the important significance for the inheritance and propaganda of Chinese Marine culture, therefore, the project quality management especially shows its importance. The thesis firstly analyzes the project features and the project quality management peculiarity based on the project general situation, project characteristic, and project quality control management particularity. The project general situation includes project basic condition and engineering works. The analysis of the project particularity is made mainly from the particularity of the project environment, project participant and project quality control. Based on above conditions and aiming at the particularity of the project, the quality control content of the Shell Ridge Park landscaping project is proposed. The thesis makes a study of the quality control in details for construction preparation stage, project procurement courses, project execution courses and stage of completion acceptance and makes a specific analysis for the key control points. Lastly, the thesis puts forward the implementation measures guarantee for quality control during execution period of Shell Ridge Park landscaping project and analyzes the potential quality matters of the Shell Ridge Park landscaping project , and raises the specific measurements for solving the problems in the aspects of setting the organization, adjusting the internal organization, establishing the enterprise culture centered on construction quality, collecting information and enforcing information feedback, establishing the system of quality control awarding. By the above mentioned study and analysis for each stage and key factors of project quality control, important points and key points that affect the project quality are clear. The project quality control method raised has the comparatively strong realistic guiding significance for quality control of shell ridge park landscaping project during project execution. Meanwhile, the method will provide the valuable reference and example for quality control of other landscaping project.
